Supposed to open lobby at 6 am. Called and asked if they were opened was told give me a few min a little behind. No problem except it is now 6:20 and lobby is still not opened. Needed to talk to manager about situation that happened night before. There is no cars in drive through so they’re not helping another customer so that shouldn’t be the problem. What is going on with this place?????

This is the worst place ever. I went in this morning to grab breakfast while waiting for my car with my daughter. The floor was so sticky, my shoes stuck to the floor everywhere I walked. They also didn’t have all the doors unlocked so we had to walk around the entire building to get in. They have a main door that’s broke with no sign on it. The staff is rude and wants to charge you for everything. I definitely won’t be back.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Sat in the middle of the drive thru for over 45 minutes. Get to the window and cashier is on her phone. Takes 20 more minutes after I paid to get my food. Missing 3 items from the order but decided to give me chicken nuggets that I didn’t order. Went to eat and the food looks like it was made from the day before. Everything was cold. Please don’t waste your time and money here!!!

The gentleman at the window was super patient and had an outstanding personality. I think he was the only one working that location and still he had a smile on his face and even offered us additional items. Great service! Will go back to that location!

Worst experience at a Burger King ever. 28 minutes in drive thru was the start, trapped in line and couldn’t back out. Drive thru clerk was only servicing one vehicle at a time. She wouldn’t take the next order unti the vehicle in front had received their food, only then would she take the next order. Received our order and we ordered two onion rings and received one ring and one fry. Pointed out the mistake, she TOOK our bag back thru the window (after we had opened the bag and looked at the contents ” Health violation” ?) She took the one Fry out of the bag and dumped it back into fry basket next to the fryer “Another Health violation”. I’m diabetic and ordered a Diet Coke and when she handed us the drinks they were unmarked and she had no clue what was what and told me to taste each to see what was diet coke and what was root beer. Need to train employees about messing up a drink order where a diabetic is involved. Happened in another restaurant and i had a blood glucose over 350 Super High !! Don’t know if I can ever go that location ever again.

Went through the drive thru and everything was fine until I reached the window. I was greeted by Corinna she had a big glob of sauce near her mouth. As she cashed me out she was eating and calling other employees over to mess with them. There was some cursing between them while I was sitting there waiting for my card to be returned. Once I received my card I noticed the guy on backline eating while preparing food. Then I also noticed he wasn’t wearing gloves. I immediately asked for a refund. After I received my refund I let Corinna know the issues because she claimed she was the manager when I asked to speak to one. She did not seem to care about anything brought to her attention. I also asked for the guys name on backline. His name is Jared. For anyone who is afraid of getting sick don’t eat here. Building might be clean but the people behind the counter making and serving your food are dirty and have no standards when it comes to cleanliness.

Bad unwilling employee REFUSE to make UNsalted fries. Throw an Unprofessional fit about working and take to many smoke breaks. Me as the customer was charged 70 cents 4 rotten old UNSAFE FOOD LETTUCE. NEED STAFF FIRED TRAINED AND REPLACED. FIX THE DRIVE WAY 2 LANES. FILL THE POT HOLES. MAKE IT CAR SAFE ALSO.

This is the fourth time in a month that this same location recycles old sandwiches and sells them as “fresh”. This is supposed to be a chicken sandwich heavy everything. I also ordered a whopper heavy everything and same deal, a recycled cold regular whopper with an “H” on the wrapper but clearly was not as ordered. Everyone can have a bad day, but 4 times already in a short time period is not a bad day, it is a bad habit allowed by bad management. This is bad management and a very high health risk. No wonder all my friends avoid this location, especially in the evenings. Horrible service and a definite health risk. Had to throw out the food and buy something elsewhere. Avoid the drive through here at all costs. Have not had any issues in any other local Burger King locations, only this one… that is why it reflects the bad workers and bad managers.
