The first time was because they told me to wait and never came back to take my order and the 2nd time as I waited in one lane another car came to the next lane after I had been waiting and they never came back to take my order but took the other car’s order immediately. Sat in drive-thru l with no lines in front or behind me for over ten minutes waiting for a chicken sandwich that only takes 2 1/2 minutes to cook and prepare (ex-shift lead, so I know) employees were too busy playing on their phones and joking around and knew I could visibly see them. I didn’t even get a receipt with my meal when they finally delivered it and behaved as if I was the inconvenience! Never going here again.
