I usually only eat rodeo cheeseburgers from bk but I pull in to drove thru to b told they are only serving chicken right now n its made to order meaning it’ll b bout a 7 min wait which I agreed to but what I did not agree to is a chicken sandwich that was by far the worst ever!!! It was like I bit into every piece of grisle that a chicken ever had n its body…fries was soggy and Luke warm…well least the customer service waa acceptable way to go bk

waited in drive thru for 10 minutes while nobody said anything over the speaker. proceeded to call the store & they refused to answer the phone. went here the other day & took 15 minutes to get my food while the guy working the drive thru was extremely rude & practically threw my food at me. i would rather drive to a location 5 miles away than this one that’s a short walk from where i live. i realize it’s burger king & it’s fast food so it’s not like going to a five star restaurant. but the least you can do is do the bare minimum.

This location is ridiculous. Workers with attitudes, careless and unfriendly employees of all ages, race, etc. There is seriously something wrong here. Food items always out of stock, machines/fryers broken, only cash/card, the list goes on. Tonight they closed 4 HOURS early because “they had a problem with a customer in the drive thru earlier and are no longer taking orders”. Excuse me, what? This location needs to close as of 3 years ago.

Horribley rude servics this morning at 90th Burger King, as I tried to place an order. Then this man with (foreign dialect) tells me to just drive around- drive aroubd to the window, where no one came to assist me! I ended up driving away. I went to McDonald’s on 72nd Blondo to get my grandson breakfast. The McD’s on 72nd was professional and fast…and was certainly substantially cleaner! Great service!
