Everything took over 7 minutes from ordering to receiving our food. The store was not at all busy. Maybe 2-3 cars in the parking lot and we were the only car in the drive through. The young lady in the drive through window eventually mumbled something about driving closer to the front door and closed her window. My daughter ran in to check and a tall young man was rude and morose to her. He basically told her it wasn’t done yet and dismissed her. He walked our, gave us a nasty look and handed us our food. No apology or explanation about the long wait. He also mumbled “have a nice day” as he turned and walked away.

Check your food when you go here some how they manage to server people chicken fries that have been sitting all day that are dried out. I used to work at this location years ago under different management. Not sure who’s running the crew now but you can tell when you grab chicken fries that are old and dried out which means some one does not care. This is not the first time either. Stop.

Preface this by saying I haven’t been to BK in a long time. My wife asked for Canes. But I was feeling a spicy chicken sandwich. Arrived to the location and it was dead. Ordered 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and asked for extra pickles. A whopper jr. 3 medium fries. And an 8 piece chicken nugget. I politely asked if the chicken sandwiches could be made fresh. I live less than 5 minutes away, so I hurry home and we dig in.

Most ghetto place ever! I ordered my food they rang me up they overcharged me and then on top of that I go back and I give her an example from McDonald’s and she goes we’re clearly not McDonald’s. So you charge me a dollar over what I asked and then you forget my milk and then you want to get ignorant and rude and get along mean this is ridiculous no wonder you have a two point something star on Google!I go home to check the bag and clearly burnt French toast sticks!
