Their WiFi and connection to their rewards system was not working. The manager would not even allow using a code out of the BK app for a free fry. Terrible service. Sometimes it’s not about the stupid $2 free fry, it’s about a business and it’s manger that just tells you sorry and nothing they can do and not even honor a legitimate code. “We can’t jut give people free food” even though I showed her the legitimate code and offer in the app. Last time we will be visiting this BK.

Yesterday I used the mobile app to order. When I got there 1/4 of my order couldn’t be made. The store can’t cancel your mobile orders and I couldn’t do it on the app either. They were very apologetic about the situation and my card was refunded this morning. The food is always good. Corporate needs work though. They say they have 24/7 support but they do not!!!

With everything going on I think they are skimping on the fries. Thinking that you won’t go back through and complain. In my case she said they were very hot and she wasn’t lying, well when I got home this is what was there and I didn’t eat any on the way home because like she said they were hot!
