Spent a half hour in the drive thru to be told to wait out front. All in all, took that long to get the half my order, no coffee. Someone else French toast sticks. This location needs to close, Simlify the menu or something. I ordered online. There is no reason it should take that long to make a $6 order and no reason for it not to be correct when it finally makes it to me. Just terrible. Worst restaurant experience ever. Avoid until they figure out how to be a fast food restaurant again.

8/2/23 walked in to buy one fountain drink. 3 customers standing in lobby waiting for food one man working the window nobody at the counter he looks at me say I’ll be with you soon he bags up food takes it outside to a customer comes bag repeats it he comes back walks in the back to the cook and yells at him said they are just hamburgers I stood there for a few more minutes and left. The store was very dirty. Two people working the entire establishment. Never again. I took my business to the gas station.

Bummer, I used to love BK. The food is low quality. Iced coffee tastes like water mixed with chocolate milk. French toast sticks were tiny shriveled up bits of fried crust and croissant was cold, hard, and chewy. Nothing tasted fresh. RIP, king

All the Burger Kings around anymore, are way understaffed, and corporate doesn’t care. Next time you decide to head to a burger King, expect a wait, and be patient and kind with the employees. They’re screwed by cooperate and they more than likely are trying there best..

I went through the drive thru. They were NOT busy. I ordered 2 things, a cheeseburger & a medium fry. I pulled away from the window & there was just a cheeseburger in the bag. I went inside & the person working the window says to another employee (on their phone) “are you having a bad day? This is the 3rd order in a row you’ve messed up” this person never looked up from their phone & didn’t respond. The window clerk then proceeds to scrape the fry tray for enough fries for my order….clearly wasn’t going to make it & they were all old. Another person saves the day by dumping fresh fries. Window clerk then gives me a large fry & says he’s upgrading my fry order for my trouble. I’m sure he thought he was doing me a solid but honestly I wasn’t going to eat all of the medium in the first place so now even more fries will go to waste. 2 things in my order & you can only do 50% of your job….2 thumbs down for me!

Generally unhappy. Sat in line for 10 minutes behind another car and then waited. Finally told to pull up to window. Placed an order for the little pancakes and a drink. She said they didn’t have pancakes. Switched to French toast sticks. Then she tells me she has no one there but her. This was at 8:45 am. She didn’t even offer the drink. I left with nothing. 🙁
