We went to the Burger King on North 11th street around 8:30 in the evening. We went inside to order thinking it would be faster being there were 3 cars in the drive through. WRONG ! ! We ordered 2 whooper juniors, 2 regular cheeseburgers, & 2 small fries. We were the only ones inside. Two more people came in & placed their orders. Those 2 people got their orders before us. It took 20 minutes to finally get our order. We’ll NEVER go back to this location. Our food wasn’t even lukewarm to eat. What a waste of our time & money. I wouldn’t recommend this location to go to ❤ ❤

I pull up to the drive thru thinking I’m going to be in and out I have been sitting here for 20 mins in the drive thru have not yet ordered. As I writing this review waiting for them to ask me my order. I’m waiting to get to work as well I was supposed to be there at 10am and it is now 10:17am. I did not think I would be waiting almost 30 mins for a drive thru order! Let alone 2 sandwiches. Now I’m at the window and she has not taken my card or even opened the window.

Pre-pandemic this location was on the ball as far as how quick they were from the time you ordered in the drive thru to the transaction and being on your way with your food. But I do not know what the F has happened post pandemic but it’s never been the same. It’s almost as bad as the pharmacy drive thru at Walgreens on 14th and Superior. Lately tho I do have to admit the time has been better within the last 3 months or so but it’s definitely not what it used to be. Shout out to the morning manager she is the real deal and hella cool!!! She’s the MVP for this location!!
