We sat in the drive through about a hour minutes. About 30 of those minutes us being told please wait, after we spoke towards the speaker. Our order was finally placed, The only other car at the location may have had problems with there payment we sat and additional lengthy time in the drive through behind them trying to pay for there order. We finally got to the window to encounter one of the rudest worker I’ve met. Finally we pay for our food only to receive cold cold cold burgers and piping hot fries. The one star is because the fries were hot and the root beer was strong. I will never eat at this location again.

“Im sick of this” is the quote from the manager to the cashier After they had to remake my Whopper Jr said in front of me after all just because I ordered a Whopper Jr with no cheese (lactose intolerant) and they put cheese on it anyway. So I physically had to walk back from Walmart parking lot so they could fix it again didn’t fuss cause a scene just decided to act like a rational adult and leave a review.

There’s no greeting when you pull up to the drive through and then you have to sit for 10-15 minutes before they take your order. Based on the reviews going back for a year, I’m not sure why the owner of this location hasn’t implemented any changes. The staff obviously isn’t running this store efficiently. It takes 30 minutes just to get your food. Isn’t this suppose to be considered “fast food”?
