The manager was yelling at her employees While there was customers in the restaurant . The customers at the counter and myself felt very awkward and I felt bad for the employees. No one should be talk down to any disrespect that just no respect for the public to have to put up with that . An then expected to eat in peace with fussing going on . I will never eat there again i will make sure i go to a different location for sure! This location needs to go to a training work shop. Their attitudes is very unprofessional. Need to change their ways or fire them all . I went there one time . Never again will i experience that i will not I should have asked for the corporation number to call . With Burger King it has become a love hate thing for me! They’re slower than before and of course they only blame it in COVID, but customer service has always lacked. I order cheeseburgers and got two fish sandwiches. Come on really? After a long day at work it would’ve been nice to have the order correct. My experience was HORRIBLE on 3/17/23. The manager took my order and was extremely rude and I told him no onions due to a severe allergen. My sandwich had EXTRA ONIONS!! And he was sure to give me no apology and give me a terrible attitude when I returned and let him know there was still onions on the sandwich and ignored me when I told him it was a serious matter that could have gotten someone killed. We saw the commercials for the new Ch’king chicken sandwich that boldly claims to rival Popeye’s famous sandwich. It looked legit. The sandwich was advertised as HUGE. Well…firstly, they got our order wrong. We ordered the deluxe sandwich which comes with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and received pickles on an imposter. What sandwich is this? Did they somehow misplace that thick, juicy breaded chicken breast for this abomination? This hard, dried up thing should have never been served to anyone. Is this an actual reflection of the new sandwich or a reflection of the West Esplanade store’s poor quality control?

Ordered in the drive thru, asked for a receipt after the girl gave back my credit card, she stated, “it’s in the bag” I asked for some onion ring sauce,again she stated, “it’s in the bag” I pulled off and a block away I noticed neither was IN THE BAG ! Also i asked for cheese on my fish sandwich and it was lacking the slice of cheese. So i don’t even know if i was charged for it ? I will be emailing BK and there won’t be a return visit, very dissatisfied. I’m officially done with BK.
