They in there playing on their phones and locked the doors at 1.30pm wile customers trying to come in and get food. The manager asked the customer why he open the door with a big attitude. He said never mind. And she asked me what you want. I said nothing as well. We both walked out and this place needs new management or be shut down. Burger King at this location doesn’t want to make money. Not eating there any more and nor is the entire 6 floor building next door. Lost our buisness.

The staff closed the drive through and consistently treats customers like dirt. The staff yelled at customers during the visit after asking for a restroom key. This is by far the worst managed Burger King I’ve ever seen. Corporate really needs to step in and replace the franchise management. This Burger King in only hurting the brand.

Literally sat in the drive through at the speaker patiently for more than ten minutes and no one helped me and only pulled up to the window when people behind me started honking and yelling, and when I mentioned to the person that I’d been waiting for a while, to explain why I was just randomly pulling up to the window, she just said “I know” and shrugged. I was so stunned I just drove away without ordering anything. Like I understand you’re likely understaffed and underpaid but you didn’t have to be mean, like I am also a person just trying to get through the day

The staff at Burger King were inattentive and overwhelmingly negative when I tried to get some food there yesterday while on break. I came into the dining room and tried greeting a young man who was cleaning up, he simply grunted at me in response. When he went back behind the counter he failed to mention to the staff that there was someone waiting to order and the crew of at least three or four went about having a catty and negative conversation, yelling obnoxiously and cussing at each other. I refused to have my food prepared by people in such a negative energy so I left and went to smoothie king.

This is quite possibly the worst ever at accommodating customers. I was going to buy lunch for my crew. I quickly decided I would never return. They had locked restrooms you have to get a token before you can wash up or use the bathroom. This the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. So if you have to pee before you order you can’t because you have to buy something before they will give you a token. Screw that I’ll never return and I’ll make sure I tell everyone else to stay away for it.
