Just look at this!!! Look at it!!!! This is straight out the bag ladies and gentlemen ♀️ I should have turned my car around and got my whole refund. This was a couple of my french toast sticks that I was served this morning. None of them were done all the way through. I wouldn’t serve this to a dog. Idk what side of the bed or air mattress they woke up on this morning but they got me messed up if they thought I was gonna eat these. I will NEVER EVER eat here again. Ughhh

I’ve been to this Burger King on several occasions, and each time there is always an issue with my order. I recall one of the first times I visited this place I received a melted milkshake, which had been poorly made with overspill coming down the side. Just recently, I ordered a Whopper combo but realized that i didn’t get any ketchup when I got back to my hotel. Why would you give a customer French Fried with no ketchup?

It was the Burger King in Morgan City, La. I ordered 2 whopper jrs. I paid $37 for 2 whopper jrs. The cashier was working up front. Took my card and went to drive thru and swiped my card and paid for a purchase online she ordered. I want my $30 dollars back. That is stealing. I am going to press charges on Burger King. Why cause one of their employees stole my money. I am not going back there no more. I am going to miss my whopper jrs.

This BK has had it’s ups and downs over the times I’ve visited. Some days it’s good, some days it’s real slow, some days you can’t hear the worker out of the microphone, some days you can’t read the menu because the breakfast menu is still up at 6 pm at night, some days the service is fast and food is hot. The one thing I know about this BK is that it’ll always leave you guessing on what you’re going to get, and overall it’s good but the few mishaps is why I rate it 3 stars, if you’re driving through Morgan City going westbound to Lafayette, wait a couple more minutes and stop at the one along Highway 90 in Bayou Vista, they seem to be ontop of this BK

I purchased 3 PLAIN bacon cheeseburgers. I confirmed the order at the window before paying. I received 3 fully dressed cheeseburgers withOUT bacon. I returned my food via the lobby and had to wait for the other customers in the lobby & drive thru to receive their orders before mine was remade. The workers were polite and courteous, but showed no sense of urgency to remedy the problem. By the time I got my correct burger order, my other food was no longer hot.

Me and my fiance stopped here the otger night about 8pm. The girl on the speaker said to order when your ready so we said give us just a minute please so we can look over the menu. She says excuse me? With this big attitude so we repeat ourselves. We started ordering and she forgets to mute her mic and says oh my gosh these ppl, like we were inconveniences her making her do her job. Ofcourse shes all polite when we pull to the window. She comes back to bring us our food and she could barely muffle out have a good day cause her mouth was full of chicken nuggets. Terrible night service

Not a very happy and concerned crew when I have visited. In fact, one time in drive-thru we ordered a large fries and were just dismissed with a “Read the sign, we don’t have ‘large fries.” So, we had to order TWO SMALL FRIES, WTH?
