The employee that at the window right now, heavy set older lady, very, very rude. Disrespectful and unprofessional. When the store manager is there. I need to have a meeting. Also it’s unprofessional to have your company at work speaking to the customers in a disrespectful manner using curse words. Very disrespectful. Happened today @ around 8:35 pm . Then talking to my daughter disrespectful, then the cashier in the window was sweeping the floor and went back there and started handling the FOOD. did not wash her hands at all … That is unsanitary… A shame….

Placed an order at drive thru @ 5:48 for (2) double Texas whoppers. The whopper was okay but not impressive & I would not buy it again b/c I asked for well done bacon. It was not cooked. Very small pieces. Also it was not smoked Applewood bacon but some cheap stuff. I believe patrons should get what they pay for & food should look close to what is advertised. Bait & switch is wrong. Now I see why chic- fil-A is leading in the fast food market.

This is the second time coming to the West Thomas location. It’s only 9pm, the whole staff is in the lobby hanging out, dancing, jumping around. The first time I came they told me their systems were down. Ok cool fine but this time no one even acknowledged me. I will not be returning. Whoever is managing this location clearly has no control over their crew.

Drive-thru was really slow, my fries were cold, the staff had no personality. I said good afternoon. They did not respond to me at all. They took my card, handed it back to me handy my food and turned him walked away. The Whopper did taste good so I gave them three stars

Absolute JOKE of late night employees. They refused to acknowledge anyone at the speaker, I had to CALL THE RESTAURANT to ask them if the drive thru was open and only then would they take the order. Still had to wait 5 minutes before they came back to complete the order. Then….when I drove around to the window, they waved my back very rudely so the timer on the drive thru wouldn’t begin. Maybe if you worked as hard doing your job as you do to cut corners, this wouldn’t be a problem!

Extremely rude, and bad service. The young woman that served my in-laws was a very rude . Typically I understand people may have a bad day and I don’t think much of it , but this was too far. First my I laws have an accent, but it is not hard to understand them in the slightest. They started to order their food in the drive through and the employee said to them “ English Please!” Wow, that’s rude but again maybe she was having a bad day. My in-laws had a hard time understanding her as well so I can see where she had trouble hearing them, but there are a million other things that could have been said that would have been substantially less insulting. They pulled up to the window to pay and get there order the attendant told them to back up and wait at the yellow pole they can’t wait at the window, and then to pull forward when the food is ready. This is odd to say the least we all checked our food for spit or other unwanted items because with the individuals attitude towards my in-laws we would not put it past her to have done something to our food. My in-laws are the absolute sweetest people you will ever meet and said nothing to the worker but I find it so inexcusable and I had to share our experience, I hope management sees this. Absolutely terrible service and will never go to this location again.
