They weren’t busy when we got there at 230 in the afternoon however, because they were so short staffed, it only took moments for them to get behind. The burger was at least consistent with other locations however the fries were pulled too soon and as a result undercooked. I’m taking into account the lack of staff while making this review. There were literally 4 people working on a historically high volume day which blows my mind. I’m also taking into account the treatment of the person at the front counter who was spoken to very harshly when it was unnecessary. Clearly unaware that cheese and bacon can literally be added to ANY item on the menu with a simple upcharge, the frazzled manager bit the counter person’s head off and then nicely asked the drive thru runner to please add an item to a bag. That was unnecessary. She should have treated them the same. I used to work fast food for about 8 years, so trust me, I do know what it’s like behind that counter and being rude to your staff makes them give up and work slower OR worse, it makes them walk out. The same manager ignored my request for a condiment however magically heard the person behind me. And provided their condiment. There are many things that need to be changed at this location.

I have never been to a filthe fast food restaurant as this one. Floors, tables, soda machine was filthe, restroom was horrible. It seemed a sewer pipe exploded inside, restroom walls sewer waste, it was a horrible smell. Employees instead of cleaning and get to work, were seating on the booths joking around and talking loud and listening to music really loud, calling their buddies on speaker phone, with no respect for the customers that were there. If there was a half star available to rate, I would use it for here.

Didn’t give me the right order. Refused to remake what I ordered and refused to refund. I had to wait for my incorrect order for nearly 10 minutes. The woman who took my order was rude and had a terrible attitude.

Last order of the night. Jolly and kind was the attendant as she prepared the order. The food was great. Still surprised the onion rings so fresh after crunching the first one greedily, the diet coke was a quick remedy for the burning teeth and tongue. Well done, all the way to the finish, closing with a smile.
