40 something black woman behind the counter. Bustling to serve the black people in line ahead of us. When it came our turn, she turned her back on us to do busy work. About the same time we commented to each other, she realized we were standing there waiting. Some action was required. She gave us a dirty look and walked away. Moments later a white woman came out and took our order.

This is suppose to be fast food but I never get to my order for at least 12-15 minutes and when you are going to work that can easily make you late. The other day I was in line for 25 minutes. It felt almost insulting. This industry needs to go to Chick Fil A school, they do it right every time. I don’t blame the workers, it’s the owners fault.

I get the impossible burger with cheese, and I am grateful they have them available. MINUS 1-STAR=>The only issue is that the impossible burgers have to be cooked to order,(they are not pre-cooked and ready to go like other burgers), so You are looking at, at least, a 15-20 min wait once You finally pay for your order, before you get your food. And, because it takes so long to cook, you have to pull forward to parking and then wait for the staff to bring your food out to you. The Staff is generally excellent and very gracious about it, but it is still an inconvenience when trying to take out “Fast Food.”
