I have given this BK 2 and 3 stars before for poor food and customer service. This location is known among family and friends for deserving this low rating. I do appreciate the discounts BK offers regularly. But the customer service especially has almost always been atrocious. Today was different. I received one free Whopper after buying one. YAY! But what stood out was the customer service — professional attitudes. And the wait, while still a little long, was not near as long as usual. I noticed new employees. Did BK associates get word on the negative ratings?

On a road trip we decided to pick this BK over the tacobell we passed first… big mistake! We walked in the door and were greated with, “we are out of small buns, and fries… but we can make any big sandwiches and cheese sticks”… no worries, we ordered regular size whoppers anyway and substitute onion rings instead… 3 out of 4 whoppers were all made wrong, we received 3 onion rings and an order of cheese sticks we didn’t want… and not to mention 1/2 of the drink selection in the machine were all out and there was no ice either… I was curious and decided to wash my hands just to check the bathroom status out… my hands were definitely cleaner before I walked into that disgusting room and decided my hands were surely cleaner as they were then if I had of washed them in there… A non-flushed toilet with what I believe was toilet water everywhere, TP everywhere but on a roll to use and no soap… next time we’ll pass the BK as well!

This crew need a raise . I watched a member walk out on the 3rd person and they politely closed inside let guest finish dining , then switched to drive thru only. They held it down . the food was still hot and fresh.

The boy and I just met. Ive been working overseas basically doing anything I can to avoid his horrible mother. Then I’m in Jakarta and outta the blue its some 14 year old dude saying im his dad. pffft. whatevs bro.. So I successfully wrap up my business in Indonesia. pop on over to houston and then to slidell to meet my son. I showed up really late.. like 11pm and realized i had NOTHING to give my long lost boy. Hes 13 or 14 or 9… whatever. I go to burger king cuz its open and the staff there was awsome so i ordered $213.74 worth of meat type foods. long story short… him and I get along great and I can thank Burger King for keeping the peace and giving me an excuse to not talk to him and to keep him from speaking to me by appealing to his uncontrollable eating habits by means of his toothless mouth consantly gumming on burgers until i left.. thus fulfilling my obligation. update. boys not my son. shoulda thought something was funny when he told me he was 37 years old.. im 39…

I ordered a bacon king stacker how it comes I got home and there was no cheese or bacon on my burger and a handful of onions! I don’t understand how you makes an bacon stacker with no bacon unless asked for none, bacon is literally in the name ! And they weren’t busy I was the only car in line!

Ice cream machine was not working. The dining area and drive up were not crowded and we had to wait 25 minutes for 2 regular burgers & a chicken sandwich which were cold, not even warm at all. We even had to go up to the counter because no one had tried to update us on our order. At the counter we had to wait an additional 7minutes before even getting the order. There was also no ketchup in the dispenser so I did notify an employee at which time I had to request packets of ketchup. From appearances they had a full staff. I have never experienced such poor service from any Burger King that I have been to over the past 40 years.

It’s a reason why they’re never busy. Food isn’t fresh. The MANAGER has an attitude. I asked for fresh onion rings and this lady asked me if I tasted them yet to see. I said It was no need I felt them. She asked me again but did you taste them. Since when I couldn’t have it MY WAY AT BURGER KING. I only wanted fresh food. I’ll never go there again. Such a turn off. The only thing that was fresh was the condiments.
