My main problem with this place is a couple choices they make. Everyone in the drive through is asked to pull up after paying and they walk the food out some time later. I’m sure this is to push some kind of waiting on drive through metric. I’ve ordered only a single plain hamburger before , and been the only person in drive though and they asked me to pull up. I asked if I could wait at the window since there were no other people and they said no pull up. Inside the lobby if it isn’t locked (which it is often) the workers have been nice.

Last time we came it was at night, service was good. This time Saturday afternoon, had to wait about 3 minutes to get acknowledged almost left.i even had to say in a loud voice does anyone work here. The employee that walked my food out to me yesterday asked me for a tip. Their hiring sign says they hire in at $10. You asking for tips is why people who actually depend on tips are struggling. Furthermore, the AUDACITY of asking for a tip when you forgot my sauce for my chicken fries AND my straw is laughable.

I ordered a double whopper large fry no drink. And. Big fish sandwich with cheese Mayo and lettuce small onion ring no drink. I had to wait 10 mins in my car for the order then received a whopper tiny fish sandwich with Mayo lettuce and pickle that was so hard I couldn’t eat it 2 small fries. Worst experience. I ended having to go back out to Wendy’s the best place to eat. Stay away from this restaurant. Burger Joke is what it should be called.
