I went to try the Italian chicken sandwich and I was highly disappointed. First they have me the wrong sandwich and when I tried to call to speak to the manager the number doesn’t work. So I had to drive all the way back to get the correct order. When I got the correct thing it was cold, soggy, and disgusting. There was barely any sauce and the cheese was barely melted. When I got back home I had to heat it up and add more sauce. When I heated it the cheese just puffed up and didn’t melt and the entire meal was awful. The worse part is they weren’t busy so there was no reason to ruin my simple order. The food should have been fresh and done right the first time. Definitely do not recommend.

If you like to eat terrible food in a place that gets your order wrong 3 times in a row, then here is your spot! They changed the recipe for the Whopper, so now there are no redeeming qualities. Why change a recipe to make it healthier? We aren’t eating BK because it’s healthy. And I feel like I may be shot at any moment by the staff, who all behave like convicts. I’d feel safer eating a burger at Angola prison.
