I just left this establishment and I will be going back in the morning and I never take stuff that far because it’s never that deep. I was out door dashing , they left me at the window for almost 30 mins walking past talking not acknowledging me at all. I understand if y’all are closed but let that be known. Then when I finally got the managers attention she wants to throw me a hand gesture like a kid saying they don’t have it when they could have been acknowledged 20mins prior while I was sitting there. And I used to work in the food industry so I know how stressful it can be but that was inconsiderate and beyond rude. In 2023 be for real.

Both burgers and fries were not fresh! As a former fast food employee I never serve customers cold old food! Don’t matter if it’s off the dollar menu. Burger King’s Regional Manager need to look into these restaurants. Serving old food should against the law! The Bk on Scenic Hwy, Airline Hwy and The BK on Plank Rd all need to be looked into!

They got my order wrong too (but it was past my bedtime so it’s not like I could tell). When I bit into the squishy yellow fries it just reminded me of my dead dog and then I broke down into uncontrollable sobbing. The supposedly spicy chicken sandwich I ordered wasn’t spicy either, and I acquired an ant bite while sitting in my driveway to eat the thing. The people working didn’t wear a mask so that made me scared that I’d catch the ’49&rona. But the food I brought back for my grandmother made her happy, so I’m giving this 5 stars*

This Burger King restaurant is one of the worst ones so far. The only thing that I can say good about it is that the homeless man that used to up to the cars just before you place your order is no longer on side of the building. The past two nights that I went there was a transgender at the window with very poor customer service. He made me feel like going somewhere else to eat. He told me to wait don’t drive up after the car in front of me left. I wait for about two-three minutes before he told me to drive up. When I drove up to the window he was compliant about all the people the was going thru the drive thru. He said,” They must have gotten some checks or something!” It’s been about two months or more the receipt paper at the window register is so bad you can’t see what you are being charged for and you certainly can’t see the location or phone number of the BK. No think you. No have a nice night. Nothing! This is my last time visiting here.
