So I will definitely not be going to this Burger King and two different women spoke to me over over the intercom and they basically forgot my order when I got to the window because they just gave me my food and didn’t even give me a drink I had to remind them with my combo order comes a drink. They were not overwhelmingly busy so there was no reason to be rushed like she did to me. My burger was overcooked and sloppy. The one thing they did get right was no ketchup and no tomatoes. That’s about it.

I ordered and was “greeted” by lady at window by her putting her hand to stop before I got to the window. I sat there a good 5 mins before I was “allowed” to move fwd. Once I got home, every single cheesestick was hollow and cheese pieces outside the sticks. I’m not expecting cuisine, but the hand up asking me to not pull up and set their (I assume) customer window timer was beyond frustrating, so the cheese sticks were just the icing on the cake.

This is the second bad experience I had at this location so I am really upset at myself for giving them another try. The young lady that I placed my order with got my drink wrong after I repeated it several times. The ice cream machine was down and I had to pull around and wait for my burgers which were cold and dry so I’m not sure why I was told to pull around. Between this location and the Sherwood location I’m not sure I want to deal with any restaurants with a drive through with the exception of Whataburger. Might be best to close both locations down.

Maybe it’s me, but I have never heard of a place turning down business advising customers to go to the DRIVE THROUGH ONLY!! The lobby was apparently open, because I walked RIGHT IN!!….and the guy behind the counter politely advised me that it was DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. I just witnessed several other customers walking out WITH THEIR FOOD!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! WHO CLOSES DRIVE THRU at 2:30 in the afternoon??? This is crazy….is this the customary procedures in Louisiana?

I can’t speak on the food because I’m still waiting on it, but I pulled up at 10:15 to order breakfast, but they said they were only serving lunch. I asked why the breakfast menu was the only one on the menu, and they said it wouldn’t change until 10:30. Also, their milkshake machine doesn’t work. Overall, it paints a picture that the employees don’t care

I sit in the drive through line for 37 minutes to get home and my whole order is wrong. I order an whopper add cheese and bacon and a chicken sandwich add cheese no mayo. I had no bacon and no cheese. I added cheese myself because I was not about to drive back to sit in line for another hour!!
