Terrible service at the ordering speaker. It seems as if the young lady taking my order was hard of hearing and understanding. When she could understand me she was incredibly rude. Some of the items that I wanted to order wasn’t available so between bad service and unavailability I drove off to another location where service was barely any better.

This lady at this location was really rude. In the beginning she make me wait while I was ready to order on the speaker phone. Then when she was getting my order she was pretending not to understand what I was saying. She told me to move to the next screen and ask who spoke English. That is being racist. I work with people who speak English all the time and they understand me. She still said that she doesn’t understand and make leave and close the window. People like her should not be working in a place that deals with customers.

**I can never get fresh nuggets. There’s always an issue with my order. Update, 2 years later and still can’t get fresh nuggets or mozzarella sticks. I was served what has to be hours if not days old mozzarella sticks. I will not be returning. Save your money and time.

I am to far from home for this unprofessional rude service. The cashier taking the order was very rude and unprofessional. She was rushing us to take our order. She did not give us time to ask any questions she handed out food and drinks and walked away from the window proceeding to take more orders. She never greeted us. We had to ask for a receipt. She gave it and walked away, without saying anything. She good at walking away so she may need to change jobs. Very impolite. I see why no one was at this restaurant when we pulled up. I will never go back to this Burger King again.

I was overcharged, and when I told them, the lady said what you want me to do. I looked in the bag, and my order was wrong. I asked her if she could switch my nuggets to spicy cause that’s what I ordered. She kept asking what kind of drink I wanted, and I said I ordered a Dr. Pepper with light ice. Well, she took the nuggets inside and came out with a drink. A different worker had to come back outside and ask why we were still waiting. The lady had told them I swapped the nuggets out for a drink even though I had paid for a drink. I waited over twenty minutes after I was told to pull up. I forgot to mention that I told them when I was ordering that they overcharged me, and the man said he would have the extra food taken off by the time I made it to the window.
