Absolutely horrible, I wish I could give no stars. Completely disorganized, order taker was unhelpful and didn’t resolve my app coupons issue. Was told to go to first window and waited 5 minutes and no one came to collect so I drove to the second window and then was told to reverse back to the first window. Paid and then waited -5 minutes for my food. The food was incorrect and everything was cold, the fries were cold and way over salted. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was almost nonexistent. I will not return to this location again and I recommend avoiding this location.

Ordered 2 #2 breakfast sandwiches (bacon egg and cheese croissants) meals with OJ, from the drive through. Sat for 5 minutes with a “please wait” response from the dilapidated speaker system. Almost left. Got to the window and they took my money REAL FAST. Got to next window and was handed a medium soft drink. WRONG! He took it back with a roll of his eyes and we sat for yet another 5 minutes. My wife had enough and went in for the meals. Got the 2 OJ’s from the window and the 2 most pitiful sandwiches ever made. Had to go around and walk in to remind him that meals come with tater tots. This was just the worst food, worst service, worst quality, and nearly worst attitude.

The any-sex bathroom floors are extremely slippery. Needs urinals in both bathrooms if they are going to be marked for both men and women. Men can’t aim.

Only reason I’m okay with giving even one star is because the lady who gave us our food and took our order was sweet. But we ordered on the app so that it would be done when I got there. My mom ordered at least 15 mins before we got there. And we had to wait quite a bit for them to bring our food out to us. Which considering we ordered ahead, that was bothersome. They also got my order wrong. As well as my moms. The service was slow, and inaccurate.

I wanted to give thanks to Skye , our cashier and server. She was quick to greet us as we walked in the door, patiently waited on us to make up our minds and quickly got our food to us. She did a great job on the fries too. We watched her salt them and she put just the right amount on there. Very friendly attitude and disposition. Kept a smile on her face the whole time and quickly helped my 10 year old son when he went to ask for honey mustard. He came back to the table and said “she’s super nice”. Thank you so much Skye for making our lunch a great experience. Your a great asset to this company and I hope you continue to climb the ladder. Thank you Skye!

So I ordered a LARGE iced coffee, and I was given something that had to be 16oz or less. I asked them in disbelief if that was seriously a large and they told me “yes”. It was nearly 3 bucks for a tiny coffee. Either they made a mistake and were too lazy to fix it, or were out of large cups and didn’t bother telling me. I almost asked for a refund. I don’t know why every single time I go to a BK I get a different size for an iced coffee. Unless BK has changed, which I doubt, I find it hard to believe a large means 16oz.

We just moved to the area, but we’ve eaten here a handful of times. Mainly because it has a playground. The food has been great. Service has been wonderful. The bathrooms usually need to be cleaned and sometimes the floor is sticky.
