Literally worst experience at a Burger King. Please hire new staff. The 2 guys burned the chicken patty and gave the first sandwich away to someone else. I was literally waiting for 15 minutes before they asked me what I ordered.

If you want horrible service, disorganized staff, cold food and no receipt to show what you bought,… stop right in! My burger patty came from a warming drawer, not sure how long my onion rings had sat in the warming tray. I stood waiting to be assisted and finally ordered my food from a kiosk. What an absolutely horrible experience. I had a hard time going a single star for this place!

James seemed to be the only one working the establishment. When I walked up, he was mopping the front and was very respectful and cordial. Food was about what I expected, except the price, as usual, was extremely high, being in the airport terminal.

Literally the grossest meal I have had from a Burger King. They have not changed the fryer grease in years, those fries were nasty. And the bun – I swore there was paper in my sandwich the way it tore when I bit into it. One poor guy did everything- take the orders and make all the food. Go ANYWHERE else.

Absolutely terrible . Ordered my food and stood at pickup for 15 minutes . When my order was finally “ready” they forgot my onion rings then caught an attitude because they didn’t drop the onion rings so i had to wait longer as well as being given the attitude by the staff for not doing their job correctly . Won’t be ordering again and the food was very cold other than the fresh onion rings they failed to make initially . None of them deserve their job !

Renita was the cook today. She made the best food. She was doing so much work and asking Kim to help her. Kim did it was not her job. She was only supposed to check people out. Renita told her you are to drop fries. Kim said there she some. Renita said they’re cold. Kim just stood and stared at her not helping with fries. She walked out and went to Chili’s across the hall. Renita is amazing! Kim came back and just stood behind the counter. I asked her if she would appreciate this type of service towards her. She stood and stared like a spoiled child.After we got our food she walked out of Burger King leaving Renita alone again with people still waiting. Thank you Renita!

Horrible service. I stood in line for ten minutes. I was the only person in line. No one acknowledged my presence. The self serve machine was out of order. A gentleman was standing to right waiting on change from a previous order. Stated they have only been open a week or so and how he just wanted his change. He said he has been standing here for a while. I asked politely were they still open no one responded. Another employee came out a door that was adjacent to the restaurant logged in some information on the register and also ignored the fact that I was standing there. There was six employees I only noticed one actually doing something other than talking and laughing. I took my business next door to Chick-fil-A. They found time to yell across the restaurant kitchen to each other and crack jokes but no one had time to take an order. WOW! Airport Burger King is horrible. Do better or you guys will lose a lot of business. I mean horrible!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Went to go get food while waiting for my plane at 5pm, they were completely closed, and had not a single person there. There was NOTHING around saying they were closed or will be back soon. The hours say they are open until MIDNIGHT and OPEN at 5AM. So now me and my fiancee are going to have to go on our plane ride (for 9 hours) without food. Really upset and displeased. Will NEVER use this airport again.

The only employee on Shift during my visit was Latrice. This poor girl was cooking, taking orders, and restocking all by herself. She needs a raise, period. She did an outstanding job.
