If I could this would be zero stars. We arrived at 9:52. I ordered a whopper jr meal, husband ordered a whopper meal. She asked if he wanted a double because she had extra meat. Good thing he said yes because my burger looked like it was from lunch. Was not able to eat. Also they did not accept cash or honor any coupons either paper or from the Burger King app. Fries were hot and fresh but no salt. Went to a table to eat and in the middle of eating one of the employees actually started yelling out the lobby is closed. She expected us to pick up our food and leave in the middle of eating. What a train wreck of a burger king. I will also be sending this review to corporate. This franchisee should be embarrassed to have an establishment like this.

But as far as food it was good and fresh but took a good 30 minutes to get my food with only 5 people in line and the store manager walked in fist bumped them like they were doing a great job and walked back to his office and never checked up on anyone he’s alot at fault for not helping them I think this location needs better team leadership. I honestly can see why they have very poor reviews. This place is unprofessional, rude, slow, and didn’t take pride in the preparing the food. The burger had way to much mayo and ketchup on it that it was dripping everywhere. It took another 30 minutes to get a refund. Don’t let me forget to mention that the fountain drinks are nasty and the machine is filthy. I removed the part where the drinks actually dispenses and it had mold in it. I will be alerting the health department today. Stay away from this place!!!! 0 stars for me!!!!

Not the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. I realize that it is in a truck stop. But they are so unorganized and slow. The lady at the counter was very nice and polite. But the team does not work well together. There was no line and it still took 10 minutes to make a number 1 value meal. The next morning the breakfast crew was better.

Food was made pretty quick and was hot and tasted great. BUT, I didn’t know I was at an airport!? That’s what it feels like with these insane prices. $14 for a large combo burger meal.
