Went they the drive thru tonight, 7/6/23, and the person taking the orders at the drive thru was soooo RUDE! As I was trying to place my order he constantly interrupted me by saying “What else, what else” not allowing me to get a word out! When I stated, sir can you give me a second to order he really became rude so I left. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and Guess When it was the Night Manager at the drive thru which he attempted When I asked him if he was the person taking drive thru orders. When I asked why he was so rude he stated, ” Because I’m doing my job!” OH wow! Told him I was calling corporate to complain he stated, “GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!” If this guy is the manager and is in charge of training employees he himself needs re-training! I can only imagine how he speaks to other customers, his employees or take any pride in managing the restaurant! Thank God he didn’t make my food! He’d be the employee to drop the cheese on the floor, pick it up and slap it on a burger! I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION AND WILL CALL CORPORATE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE! NO WONDER WHY THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS EMPTY! IF THE MANAGER ACTS LIKE THIS I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THE OTHER STAFF TREATS CUSTOMERS!

Ordered Bacon King it would have been good EXCEPT the amount of ketchup and mayo is disgusting!! It just poured off the burger, I used two napkins, the burger wrapper and still was so soaked in condiments that the bun was like eating a wet bun. Groooosssss!!!

This is the worst Burger King of all of the ones I’ve ever been to. I wish I was kidding when I said this, but the past 6 or more times I have been there they have made my food wrong. And it’s not even that complicated of an order either. Just a single item without mayonnaise. I worked at a McDonald’s for 2 years. It’s not that hard to follow simple instructions. Normally I wouldn’t care to leave a bad review but when it is literally that constant of a thing, I have to. They need to a change of employment or training for night shift food makers. I am sorry but that’s just how it is.

I just went to this Burger King for the first time to pick up a double cheeseburger and fries for my daughter. Not only did I end up having to wait FAR too long in the drive-thru (the line didn’t even move forward a single car for several minutes!), but by the time I got my food, even though they acknowledged what I had ordered at the window, they somehow managed to mess-up the fact that I’d ordered the double cheeseburger without mustard or pickles; it just came with everything on it. Needless to say, my daughter (who’s picky) wasn’t too happy. Come on… How hard is it to fill an order for ONE double cheeseburger and fries without messing it up? Do they even look at the details of the order when it comes back to the kitchen??? I just don’t see myself ever going back after this experience. They didn’t even have anyone working the first window at all taking payment to speed things up! I guess they’re cutting corners on their number of staff… Big mistake, if you ask me.

Food was good, but the counter where the fountain drink dispenser is at was very dirty, and the men’s bathroom was disgusting. The sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Kinda makes me wonder how clean the kitchen actually is.

This may be quite possibly one of, if not the worse Burger King in Fort Smith. When our order was places we had to wait 30 minutes to even get our order, and both woppers were completely wrong. And from there, it took another 15-20 minutes to even get our food, and it was wrong again. From there, the food was subpar and overall worse then most of my experiences at this Burger King. The staff was also very unfriendly, when I went up there the second time time to get my food, it turned out they hadnt even begin making it, and the cook got mad when I wanted my food. Overall, this Burger King should be appaled at how it both treats its customers and its wait time, for a so caller “Fast food” Establishment.

Food is usually ok, but service lacks. Our most recent visit we came through the drive thru. I commented when we pulled in that there was only one vehicle in the parking lot and it was parked at the other end of the parking lot from the door so I assumed it was an employee. For some reason they had us pull forward and we waited about 10 mins even though we were the only people there. I thought maybe it meant they were cooking to order and the food would be fresh, but no it was the same heat lamp temp food as usual.
