HEADS UP!! This place is NOT OPEN 24 hours. I just went there at 12:45am. All the lights are on but nobody answered the drive thru speaker. Drove around to the window. Looks open with all the lights and equipment on and running. Went to leave finally and saw a guy eating in the dining room with his BK uniform on. Got his attention and asked if they were closed. He said yes they are and went back to eating. I’m sure the franchise owner doesn’t care either. Won’t be back, just wanted to warn everyone not to get your hopes up on the lie of being open 24 hours.

If you have food allergies don’t bother coming to this location. Specifically asked for a burger with no cheese and got all the way home before realizing they had put cheese on the patty, peeled it off, and then coveted it with the other patty so that you couldn’t see the remaining melted cheese. If people are asking to omit an ingredient you should always assume there’s a reason for it. Your carelessness could kill someone.

If there was an option to give no stars, this place would be a prime candidate to do so. The service is horrible, the sandwiches sit under the heat lamp for who knows how long, and they cater more to the drive-thru than the dine-in customers. And if you are lucky enough to find yourself at this location, you too can experience a sit-down restaurant style wait at a fastfood restaurant. Oh, and be prepared to have a soggy sandwich and get full on the unlimited drinks you will have while waiting. Btw, the 2 sandwiches, an order of jalapeno cheddar bites, 10 piece nuggets, and large fries were all stuffed into the smallest bag they have.

Martin *i believe was his name, exceeded my expectations. He was killing it in the wee hours of the night. This worker deserves some recognition for sure. How refreshing to come across an employee like this. World needs more like this one.

The Travelin’ Kind
We stopped in unexpectedly, haven’t been to or in a burger kind in years & were quickly reminded why. It’s a classic burger kind experience. Inside dining is sticky & busy, food is ehh. I ordered chicken fries to go, didn’t get any sauce I requested & boy those chicken fries were mainly breading & super D R Y. Really could’ve used some sauce to make it a little better. The young lady who took our order was kind & friendly.
