Definitely another bigoted place in a city for the most part ..mean. We were approached by mgmt and you see ALL us homeless stink and obviously so bad you can smell all over or this is what this guy was loud saying so ok I make a ladies stop first and the guests were surprised as well as while I did mgmt took my soda and ditched it and even took my phone and went to my son’s backpack and physically touched our stuff and put it in..lots of firsts in this town. I would think he went far over and that it was illegal to even touch our stuff backpack was outside bogitry ..hate people have to have someone to hate..I wonder how you guys sleep..are you cino? Christian in name only? Not Gods will I’m sure

Had to clean my own table, got my order wrong. Employee came up to my table, interrupted our conversation, told us it was our fault, we ordered it wrong. Terrible customer service! Asked for corporate number, was told they don’t have a corporate number. No answer at the number they gave me. We won’t be back to that location. Complete lack of leadership. Zero on rating!!!

We go thru the drive thru to grab a quick ‘on the go’ breakfast from time to time. I am leaving this review because once again, we’ve gone thru and ordered our food with an extra plain sausage biscuit for our pup, just to get on our way and find a biscuit with nothing on it. It’s super frustrating. We get charged for the sausage, but just get a plain biscuit. Not to mention my pup is super spoiled and won’t even eat the biscuit without sausage on it. ♀️ Maybe management should have a group chat with the employees on checking and double checking orders. ♀️ This happens too often.

I use the drive thru, mainly. I, also, use the app to order ahead, but the employees are always nice and the service is pretty quick. It is rare to have any issues with my order or food. The food still always fresh, no matter what. 🙂

Ordered the Texas Double Whopper at the kiosk and put down no jalapeños. They made it with jalapeños. Asked them to remake it. They remade it with mustard when I clearly put no mustard. For $14 an hour your workers really should take the time to READ THE TICKET!! Whoever was making burgers that day wasn’t bothering to READ.

It’s fast food. Dined in. Busy drive thru but 4 customers inside. I LUV the Impossible burger. Got the meal. Fries hot, very salty. Asked & got mustard per preference. Burger contents all there but assembled unevenly – not the attention to detail expected. Gobbled it nonetheless.

They really should at least let you have two sauces per meal before charging you for a tiny sauce packet, if Burger King can’t afford to give customers sauce packets, that’s pretty bad, and the employees always look very unhappy. And one of the lady’s that work there is very rude.
