I only wish they had better staff. So many places these days have staff that shouldn’t be working with the public.. Drive through was slow and literally felt as though I was interrupting something more important. And don’t expect a smile with your order either.. kinda like napkins, ketchup, and straws… Even if u ask, you probably won’t get one here! Could definitely use some improvement.

Food is always fresh and hot, generally not a long wait time even when busy. Customer service was okay, about standard for the fast food experience. Only suggestion I have is maybe better hours compared to the handful of other fast food places immediately around them.

Every single time I go to this Burger King to get food the lobby is closed and it’s the middle of the day. Also every time I go past the building all the employees are all standing outside. The wait time to get your food is outrageous! And that even if you order online. Next time I get Burger King I’ll go to a different location due to the experiences with this particular one.

Tried to order through the drive thru well past opening hours. Got a greeting and when I asked about an item on the menu, there was a long pause and I could hear them on the speaker talking about why did this customer show up? And then proceeded to tell me that the grill isn’t on and heard laughter.

I usually go to this location during the day before 2p. There is a Black woman who works the drive thru and I must say she’s amazing!! She keeps you informed by saying things like “look over the menu and I’ll be right with you.” Then she’ll respond with “I’m sorry for the wait I’ll take your order now.” She makes sure to get your order correct and she’s just pleasant as can be. Fast Food work is very hard work and pays very little. But we still need Fast Food restaurants in these fast paced times to just go grab something quick. Idk exactly who she is but I must say thank you for being such a respectful, decent human in a world that currently has a lot of hate. You my dear are the real MVP and I applaud you and appreciate you and all you do!!! May God continue to Bless you

Employee screams at me for coming into the lobby because they didn’t put cheese on my sandwich and the MANAGER said he would throw my receipt in the trash along with my sandwich. The employee Darien took the time to correct and diffuse the situation. Darius should be promoted and the Mgr should be fired.

Never felt this in my 41 yrs of life however this evening I felt it 100%. I am native American and Caucasian another staff was 97% African American. I was asked to pull thru the drive thru and wait in the front of the restaurant for my mobile order which I placed at 8:45 pm. Two other customers came after me and had to pull thru and wait as well however they bot were served waaaay b4 me and my family and wouldn’t you know they were African American also. When the second one was served I got out of my vehicle and asked the employee what was going on with my order and he said to hang on fit a sec he would go find out yet never returned. I finally received my order at 10 pm and it was not only incorrect and missing some items, it was soooo cold and when I mentioned my oreo shake the girl replied with oh we are out of oreos and just walked back into the restaurant. Didn’t so much as apologize for my extremely late order or offer anything for compensation. This visit was a revisit from my previous visit that also had missing items and was not even warm so I’m assuming these folks are either racist or just plain stupid. I will never visit this location ever again for any reason what so ever. They don’t even deserve the one star but I guess that’s the lowest Google rating you can give.

I hardly go to this location North Peoria location in Tulsa because the food is not fresh. I tried it with the thought it would be better after months and the food is still the same. My bread was not soft, cheese around the edges of my burger was dried out, the mustard was put on messy all over the burger wrapper. I will not be back to this location needs a new manager and workers that take things more serious. The one thing I hate is paying my hard earned money and waste my money.
