This location has several times not honored bk promotions due to rules not written but are mandatory on Thier side so they say. Upon coming back after certain members of the staff leave these addition requirements are not present and all promotions work fine from the hours of ten am to 5pm don’t try to use any offer it’s not likely you will be able to use them. After five pm the evening staff is great and will show you anything you have questions on or will help with redeeming your bk rewards

Customer service is ridiculous here. I order using BK app, on last long weekend and I was near Melissa, TX on the way to the Oklahoma cabin. After ordered I saw the pick up point was at this location at Carrollton, which was 1hour away from where i was. So I try to cancel it but there isn’t any way on their app. So I went to the BK at Melissa and explained to them and they told me they can do anything but as long as you don’t pick up your order the location at Carrollton should give you money back. So I went back there yesterday to as for my order and the man at the window told me after 5mins. He said he can’t help me because it was order by app. I told him to look it up, and I am sure you can see no one has claim that order. He tells me he can’t check the order for past days because there system can’t track back any past order. I was like what?!! He told me just go to the app and ask for customer service. Then he smirk at me if he new the app don’t have any way to cancel it… They stolen my money at this point, because they charged my credit card and they should know if the order has been picked up or not… even mom and pop business remember what happened yesterday. But BK can’t because there systems can’t check past transactions! Never ever going back to this location and I will not use the BK app to order.

I always go in the morning to order before work and you could be standing there for up to 10 minutes!! The manager will see you and still walk past you and not take your order. There will be other employees there but they can’t take your order because they don’t speak English which leaves you waiting on the one manager that is always there that only can. They are always nice workers but i shouldn’t have to wait up to ten minutes to have my order taken. You either pay people more so there can be more workers or make this Burger King drive thru only!!!

I don’t know what’s going on at this location they are not accepting door dash orders. Also I tried going through the drive thru and they make you stop before you get to the window for i don’t know what then signal you to pull up. And they are not very friendly. You have staff outside of uniforms behind the counter. The app says you can get burgers for breakfast and looks like everyone is waiting extra because food is not ready.

Wouldn’t serve me when they were still open, ducked down behind the counter…..After a customer got served at the window with their food, they turned and ducked trying to hide which is totally messed up. Like you could have said something instead of try to hide. Because you wanted to leave earlier. Bad customer service. But yea I remember why I quit coming to Burger King now.
