I rarely give 5 stars and I don’t ever recall giving 5 to a fast food restaurant. I am always reluctant to go to BK. I really like the burgers but usually the fries are OK and the service is 1 or 2 stars.

DO NOT come to this location. I rarely crave burger king and the one time I did, I had the worst experience. First of all, the lady taking my order kept rushing me. When I got my food, THE WHOLE ORDER WAS MESSED UP. Ordered a bacon king that had NO BACON, fries were COLD, another burger was made wrong and the bacon on that didn’t even looked cooked. Ordered a Hershey’s pie that I never got. 3 meals for $38 and none of it was even remotely right. Told them that they forgot my fries and the lady asked me for the receipt and food back. I brought it back to her and she asked me what I’m missing… so basically told me to bring in my food for no reason since she didn’t even check. The service here was terrible. I wouldn’t come back. The manager clearly HATES her job and it shows with her attitude and in her food.

The most unwelcoming location. I very rarely go to burger King. After this experience i definitely wont want to come back. The food was good but the the drive throu. Was HORRIBLE the the lady that worked at 6/23/23 10:30pm was so rude and it was so unnecessary and snatched my card and acted like I was a Inconvenience definitely will not recommend this location.

This was the first time i went because i wanted to try the spider man meal. When we first got there it smelled like if something was burning and then when the lady got our order and then disappeared to the back. There was a guy there that was just slapping the cheese. My friend got dr pepper but it DID NOT tastes like it. The lady came back with our food and just left it on the counter with out calling for us to get im and just. We had to go check if it was our order then we left and said bye to the guy and he just gave us a peace sign. When we tried our burgers they tasted burnt and my friend found a hair in hers. We all have dark black hair and the hair was very light brown. The fries were way too salty. Not even 5 minutes later i had to go to the restroom and couldn’t come out until and hour later. This was NOT a fun experience!!!

Went to the drive through alittle after 10pm. I had two coupons for the two orders I placed. Lady at the register stated I had to drive around a second time if I wanted to use the second coupon. What a joke! I canceled both orders and left. I will not be returning.

For only $7.57 I was able to get a Large Fry Large Drink Whopper Burger. With a coupon. I ordered in and the lady was nice and made my food fresh for me. It was so good.

First off the cashier didn’t speak English so had to wait for the manager to take our order. My husband and I ordered the melts, the meat was warm, the cheese not melted and the buns were stale not cooked. The frys were cold. The bathrooms were a nightmare, pee everywhere in the men’s and no paper in the women’s thank goodness I carry tissues for my daughter to go. My daughter ordered the value bacon cheese burger and instead got a double decker and again her fries were cold. Please don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else!!!!

Ordered on the app. Tried to go inside and pick it up at 6:40 and the doors were locked with people inside sitting at a table eating. Showed them the app order and they told me to go sit in the long drive-thru. Another man tried to open the door for me that was standing in line to order and was shocked that the door was locked with NO Pushbar to open the door from the inside. When I asked at the window why the doors were locked I was told it was because she was alone. I clearly saw one person cooking, two cashier’s and another lady dressed in different clothing (possibly the manager that didn’t want to get involved) all from the window.

Got the new melts, and it was terrible. We tried asking the cashier about them, and they didn’t speak English. When we got our food, the buns where hard as if they were stail, they had no sauce, and the cheese was literally cold. It was as if they just took it out of the fridge and warmed up the patties in the microwave or something. The bathrooms have urine everywhere, and the water coming from the faucet smells like sewer water. It’s just a terrible experience all around.

Stood at the counter waiting and they look at you like you don’t even exist just ignoring me… Then I try to order food and she tells me ” it’s gonna be a while” after waiting almost 10 minutes to just order. One guy mopping ignoring me two people In the back talking ignoring me one person on fries ignoring me. Waste of time, never coming back here yawl need to get it together. If I was the owner I would clean house.
