I have been coming to this place for years. I don’t trust other Burger Kings but this one. Today in my burger I got couple of hairs. One string it’s mistake but a bunch of them coiled and I can’t call it accident. I kept to take pictures but now I couldn’t find it. That’s it to this place and Burger King forever. If I find that hair I am going to report to consumer court. If consumer courts get three of similar complaints then this place will be out of business. There was no one at this place to place an order until I left so they could have made good burgers. I spent 15$ for meal. If I give that 15$ to Don’s burger, I could have gotten two fantastic burgers. For sure I will file a complaint to consumer court. Let them come and see it for themselves.

Ridiculous…. ive been in a couple times for lunch. But today did it for me. I went in, in the middle of me placing my order to the guy on the register turned around and started screaming at a young lady behind him wene all she was doing was trying to prepare a shake. He yelled at her to bring her brother because he was nt going to touch a H O E like her. Keep in mind it was right after school. So there was at least 7-9 pple in the dinning areas both kids and adults. The young lady was trying to walk away but guy keept yelling at her and walking behind her all she was trying to do is walk away. The cook jumped in telling the guy that it was not the time nor the place and the guy started yelling at the cook talking about the young lady calling every name in the book. ALL WHILE THE KIDS IN THE DINNING AREA LOOKING DOWN A BIT WORRIED N SCARED.. He followed the girl to her car still screaming at her and calling her out her name. The manager finally walks in the store and thats wene the boy finally decides to redirect his anger asking the manager if she was going to take the girls side still yelling. The manager told him several time to keep it down she was going to help push orders out and after they were going to talk. At this point am the only adult in the store with a bunch of kids in there. 3 of them staring at me. As soon as i got my order i left, guy was still arguing. Walking out the store i notice a couple kids were already gone , like they were waiting for someone to make a move. This is so stupid. I got a cold burger and really hot fries. I dont think ill be going back if this guy is still there. Because this guy was so busy arguing he took my order wrong. I asked for no mustard and light on the mayo no onion. I got all that plus a cold burger. I spend 17 dollar for a show and a burger that went in the trash as soon as i sat down. I could not go back and ask for my order to get fixed because i dis not het a receipt.

I haven’t been to BK for a very long time and I won’t be back to this one. There were no customers so they had plenty of time to make fresh food! I ordered a #5. My burger was not even warm, my fries were old & had been sitting for awhile. I wanted it unsweetened tea & they didn’t have any. There is no excuse for serving food like this! Hector is honestly the best employee at this location. I always know it’s him when I go to the drive thru by the way he greets people! He is always smiling, has a great attitude and makes me want to go back. I wish more restaurants had service like what he provides. I did mention this to his manager, but I think it’s important to give credit where credit is due! This guy deserves a promotion! His customer service will get him far! Thank you Hector for always providing the best service!

Walked in, had two people waiting on food and one person in line in front of me. It was 11am, The person in front of me still had not been waited on when I decided to leave 25 mins later at 11:25 am. They had only 3 people working and were focusing on the orders from the drive thru.
