The girl who was at the window tonight, July 10th, 2023, at 11:02pm , needs to be fired. I arrived to pick up an Uber eats order (meaning they already should have the order because Uber only puts the delivery out to drivers if the restauranthas accepted it). There were no cars at the order screen, so being that I did not need to place an order, I pulled straight ahead to the window. Two cars pull in behind me. The girl opens the window and says, “You need to go around, I have cars,” as if I wasn’t a car too. I tell her I don’t need to make an order. I’m just picking up an Uber eats order. She says, “You need to go around.” and she’s making a face like “serves you right” like if I really ruined her day and needed punishment. So she expected me to drive back around; wait; get to the order screen; and tell her I have an Uber eats order. She was acting as if I’d cut in line or something. There was no one in line. Maybe service isn’t the industry for her. Then, as if she hadn’t done a bad enough job, she outwardly laughs out the window as I drive forward without the customers order. I have that on video.

There is no way this is an actual store. 2 hours I waited for 4 burgers one night after a long night of moving from 8 hours away. The more we went in and asked about our order, the longer we’d end up waiting. Finally got our food at 12am, just as they were closing. You guessed it. The food was all cold and wilted fries. Best of all? The ice in the drinks were completely melted and we all know how that tastes…

If you eat at this location expect stale bread, harder than normal, old veggies, browner or wrinkled than normal and slightly above room temp food. Also they advertise one thing and sell you something different either its more expensive or missing ingredients like 2 slices of cheese while displaying it in the artwork. They will get into an whole argument about their incorrect preparation sheets the cooks uses to make the sandwiches and stick to it although its clearly incorrect if the photos and images on the store windows and online display a different product. SO WEIRD disgusting too.

I picked up a door dash order from here. Around 11pm. 2 ladies working that i could see. There was a little girl no older than 5 walking freely around the kitchen area of the restaurant. The order I was picking up was only for 2 people and it took them more than 10 minutes after I arrived to give it to me. They were paying more attention to their phones and the kid than making my order. I feared for the kids safety being around all the hot equipment.
