This place is just terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually love burger King but they might of ruined my liking for their company. First of all, when we ask for napkins they were like “Don’t you have napkins at home?” in a mean way and then closed the door on us, Secondly it’s so hard to understand them and they even give terrible undercooked incorrect meals that we order. In conclusion I wouldn’t recommend going to this horrendous burger king.

The location is great, and you can see it from the roadway passing by. The food was average/good. The fries could use more seasoning, and it didn’t taste like I had a fresh bath or just fresh period. Seemed to be only two people working. My wait wasn’t long, but they could use more staff. The facility seemed average. Overall I had a good experience there.

Food was ok, but it is obvious they don’t clean the restaurant. There is trash everywhere. On the tables, on the floor, near the drink machine….everywhere. They had 4 or 5 people working in the prep area, but they were confused whose order was whose. The manager had to make sure they were giving out the right order in the drive thru…..not impressed.

I hope this place closes down. Horrible customer service. The phone doesn’t work, so you can’t talk to the manager like a “karen”. I waited at the drive through until someone acknowledged me and the little girl said “oh, hey”. Um ok. I ordered my meal and when I drove up to the window, they were laughing and playing around. I waited to pay and the little girl didn’t say anything to me… rude!

The worst Burger King ever. I asked for drinks with no ice, and got half full cups, Whoppers have 1 slice of tomato. The dining room closed for covid, and has never reopened! Get over it. The good thing is, there is no line, because the word is out. I go when I have a good coupon, but always check the order. They will mess it up.
