Don’t waste your time coming after 7. Out of the four times I’ve mobile ordered they’ve been closed at 10 drive thru and lobby. And when they are open they don’t get the order right and forget at least one thing every trip, place is a joke and if there was any other Burger King within a 30 minute radius I’d gladly drive there before going here. this is literally the worst burger king i’ve ever been to. the outdoor menu isn’t working so you have a woman inside yelling at you and i can barely hear or understand her. she’s not nice, pays no attention to customers. i said multiple times i wanted sprite and got lemonade. also wanted ranch and said that at the menu less speaker and didn’t get that either.

Closes at 11pm? Oh is that what they say to get paid until 11pm? Have all the lights out, 2 or 3 cars parked out front but doesn’t answer the drive thru speaker, pull around to the window and no one there, I guess they hide in the back so they can get paid till 11pm and not have to work!

We just left . They system was down Wich is no big deal but when we first walked in all the employees were in the front literally talking . Saw us literally made eye contact with us and continued to carry on the conversation. After standing there for 2 minutes they seemed to finish the conversation and laughing the Mexican lady said “ oh sorry the system is down “ .. they never greeted us . They were to busy talking and laughing instead of saying ANYTHING

Food was great like always, service was ok but feel like I was intruding for eating inside like they were bother that we walk in, Atmosphere was NEGATIVE ⭐️’s the person that keep cursing all over the restaurant made the atmosphere horrendous for having my 8, 6 and 2 year olds listening to all that unnecessary non sense about thing and towards her coworkers also claiming that since her mom was the manager no one could do anything about it. Edit: 3 times in past 2 months I have gone to the Burger King in Ennis, approximately 30 minutes before their posted closing times (both on Google and on their doors and windows). Every time, the place was closed and no one was inside. I attempted to edit the hours here on Google, but my edit was denied. So, if you want to go to Burger King of Ennis, be sure and go at least one hour before the posted closing time. Otherwise, odds are, the place will be already closed for the day.

On October 22, 2022 about 6:30 in the evening I drove up. 2 cars in parking lot none in drive through. No guest in the lobby. Very odd for a Saturday dinner time. Anyway I sat there in drive through for 10 min no one came on speaker so I said can I order now they said give me a minute I said to my self already gave you 10 so far. Finally they said what do I need I was giving my order they were rude kept interrupting my ordering. Laughing and being very unprofessional. Ordered a customized sandwich and failed to confirm it was made correctly before leaving. It wasn’t. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times but apparently either the phone number is incorrect, the phone doesn’t work, or the employees are ignoring it. I vote for ignoring it.
