Every time they forgot to put the sandwich in the bag when they finally brought it out. Thankfully I caught it. But after the second time, I mentioned it. It’s Sunday at 9:30 and we are not allowed to eat in the lobby that has a posted, open till 11pm. When we asked why? We were told that they have an inspection coming up. So I asked,really you are turning away customers so that you don’t have to stay up later to clean? The response was yes. I guess that if they weren’t told that they are having an inspection I’m advance, they would fail.!? Inspection are meant to insure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean, properly working order. Not a let’s clean and put everything in working order just for the inspection

Typical management issues we find at most BK’s. Most disappointing, though, was the UNtypically COLD food that was brought to the playroom so soon after ordering it must have been cooked at least 30 min BEFORE we showed up. Fortunately, the kids’ playroom is 5*: VERY clean, seemingly very safe, and perpetually fun for kids. Without them, we will not go back.

I ordered the eggnormous burrito and was asked to pick a meat. I said it comes with all of them, and was told no pick a meat. That’s not an eggnormous and I got fully charged for half the protein.
