I didn’t know the employees were told to turn down money! While waiting in line for my order for over 10 min I asked to purchase 2 large drinks. I initially did not want them, but decided to as I was waiting for awhile. The entire time the guy in the window stood in the same spot. When I asked to purchase 2 drinks he looks at me with a scowl and asked why I didn’t order at the window. Well hell excuse me! You’re standing in front of the machine! I decided to go elsewhere. I would have left the food, but I paid for it already. Then he proceeds to plead his case to some kid instead of apologizing to me! Two questions I have- was it because I’m a woman or black?!?!?! My mozzarella sticks are burned. Thank you burger King for an evening of rude, flat-big headed employees, and food that I wasted my money on! I get tired of paying for trash, prepared by trash, and feeling like trash. Someone better make this right!! Burger Kings in the Southern sector of Dallas are pitiful! Excuse my language, I never thought I’d say it. Burger King- are officially McDonald’s trash! Furthermore. If I were a man, he would have never said anything.

This location on Cockerell Hill Rd in Grand Prairie was much better then the ones in my area. Whopper was fresh and had that flame grilled flavor. Fries were hot and SALTED. Many fast food places don’t salt and hardly ever put salt in bag. Only suggestion since we ate in cream ketchup tub would be nice packets are messy and inconvenient

I stopped at this Burger King location last Sunday for a quick bite and was very pleased with the service, in comparison to other Burger King locations I have been to in the last couple of months. I decided to dine-in and the restaurant was clean, staff is friendly and took my order correctly. The food was hot, delicious and was prepared very fast! I tried the Spicy Chi’King with no pickles and fries. I definitely recommend this location if you are in the mood for some BK!

The guy did not call my name and he was rude forgot my drink. I eat here all the time . Last time he was taking my order walked off and cane back about 6 minutes later. He needs customer service training. .I need to talk to the manager about this. This kid is bad I watched him good rude to multiple customers.

Asked for a rodeo burger with cheese. Sure no problem. Gets charged for cheese but gets no cheese on the burger. so I let them know and honestly them slapping the cheese on it just made the burger cold. Didn’t even eat it. Ate the fries and did a order for pick up at mc donalds.

Me and a friend came to eat here because we haven’t had BK in awhile. We ordered our food and walked to the table and I immediately went back to the counter after we ordered to add something and stood their for 3-4 minutes and not one person was in the kitchen doing anything. There were 3 employees standing behind me talking and did not acknowledge me or call anybody. Finally people started coming from the back. I ordered and went to my table. Sat there for another 12-14 minutes before calling my ticket number. Felt like forever. While we were eating most of the staff sits down in the both across the dining room and starts gossiping using non family friendly language. Also a booth by us has what I can tell is either an employees belongings or someone’s trash they left in the booth. Won’t be coming back to this one ever again.
