Food was good. Service is what made me give them a 1 star. First when we got there, we could barely hear the girl talk. We had to ask her a couple of times what she was saying. Once we pulled up we did apple pay and they gave us the food right away and the girl left without giving us our drink. We literally were there WITH NO LINE for 2 minutes trying to wave her down or get her attention but she was busy talking to her coworker with her back turn towards us. Then I got tired of waving her down that I honked. She came immediately and my husband told her she forgot his drink. She asked him what was it again and he answered coke. She grabbed the cup continued talking to her coworker and gave us the drink. We left right away. I’m not sure if it’s because she’s young, but normally when we go to McDonald’s the first thing they give us are our drinks. Please train them better.

This place served me some food that was sour and I come to get my money and the manager denied me. I think the Dallas Health Department should investigate this place.

I went earlier today and words can’t describe how amazed I am by one of worker’s service. Every time I come in he has a great attitude and doesn’t disappoint with my food order. He is a short guy with some nice brows and couldn’t thank him enough!
