So I was here getting food for me and my children. You can see at the back where the cook station and prep station, everything is dirty. They have me chicken nuggets that looked like the reused them from last week. I asked for the number as you can not use the receipt. The manager just tried to get me out the store and said go to this website. I said I can not go to the website because your receipt is not printed correctly. She finally gave me the district managers number. That took to long to satisfy a customer and the facility was filthy.

My wife pulls up to place an order and the employee was very rude and called another man to pull up and block my wife in to go into the store and see what the friend was saying and then comes back out to approach my wife and kids. So then I called the manager at the time and they act as if it was nothing which she right there when the situation was going on I guess the manager and employee represents what Burger King is about.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WAS HAD AT THIS LOCATION!!! Not only did the girl at the intercom have us wait 10 mins BEFORE taking the order, we waited another 15 mins at the window and watched the two “women”because one acted like a child and claimed her name was Laura and the Hispanic lady said her name was Lourda, supposedly they were both managers, laugh and talk with a long line of customers waiting. “Laura” had a really smart mouth and bad attitude after making us spend 30 mins in a fast food drive thru and watch her play on her phone and pick her nose! Never again will I patronize this BK. Worst customer service and customer experience ever! At least “Lourda” was apologetic and polite.

They’ve stepped up their game 75 percent. I order through the app and it’s always been correct.. I do suggest checking your order before pulling away at any restaurant, but ordering ahead has been my favorite so far, no money mess, usually, mostly all the time it’s ready in no time, if it’s not already.. Don’t even know where to start. First drive thru lane was so slow, but i ok to start my drink i asked for a Coke and got a diet coke then i asked for a orginnal chicken sandwhich and got a Ch’King delux so i said ok any one can make a mistake. OH gosh but when i took that middle bite that chicken was so raw i almos threw up. So disapointed this time please we need to pay more attention to your orders BK
