The lady at the register was struggling. We asked to speak with the manager who blew off that the order was messed up. We asked for 5 your way meals. These were not put in right at all so of course we did not get our food. The manager refused to fix the problem.

Went to burger king today 8/24 ordered two of the crispy chicken wraps get back home and there are barley 4 small pieces of lettuce in each wrap. Really burger king thats the way to serving the new chicken wraps all i got was chicken and sauce and no lettuce. Cooks need to step up their game ur menu shows lettuce not four sliver pieces of lettuce only. Such a bummer.

Attitude sucks from who ever it was answering the phone. The Customer is always right. I dont make calls to get free food but if my order is not right I expect it to be corrected. I dont live that far for my food to be not fresh and cold. That’s 5 combo orders.

How is it that I can be the only car in the drive through, order a meal, and you forget to put the sandwich in my bag? That is literally the main piece of the meal. And is there some reason you stopped putting ketchup in orders when a customer orders fries? It’s pretty standard and always has been for fast food burger places. You don’t even ask if we want ketchup anymore.

I ordered through the drive thru. I asked if with the kids meal, can I substitute the drink for an apple sauce. The person taking my order said they weren’t allowed to substitute anything on the kids meal. I said ok, she just already had a drink. Then another person came onto the speaker and began to yell at me. So I said can you stop attacking me and just let me place my order. I received attitude from the 2nd person, the entire order. My food was shoved at me at the drive thru window, I received lemonade that was not drinkable, no ketchup and no honey mustard (which were things I ordered). I also did not get a toddler toy with the kids meal (which was what I ordered). Not a good experience.

We used to really like this location. The staff are sometimes friendly. They are in need of more support from corporate. The play land is beautiful, but not reliably open or clean, which I can understand because there are plenty of safety reasons to temporarily close that feature- if that is the case. Today I tried to use the drive thru and there was a car parked so that the entrance to the 2-lane drive thru was blocked. I had to go down the street to another establishment, as I needed to stay in my car. On other occations, I try to order a burger without a bun (I have celiac’s disease), they let me know that they don’t have anything to put such an order in, except for several small bags. That may be a new change as far as not using the clam shell style boxes. As stated above, the staff are usually friendly. They seem to have thier hands tied by either lack of support with training, supply needs, or supplier/maintenance sources directly. We will continue to try to visit this location, but unfortunately a lot less often with the play land closed and knowing that my own meal is a bit more complicated for them and for me.

I’m no stranger to restaurant kitchen work walked into Bonham Burger King about 12:30 p.m. manager took the order and was rude I could describe but it would probably sound rude all the tables were dirty left at 1:30 with my family and no one had been in the dining room to clean tables as long as this person is running register if I decide to go back I will not stay if this person is running the register very disappointed enjoyed coming before the remodel but seems to be a whole different crew won’t be going back anytime soon and corporate with the reviews that you’ve been getting on the Bonham Texas Burger King y’all really need to step it up and do something about the people that is why you’re only getting a 3.5 star or less on this store and if I could give you a minus five star I would

Customer service sucks. 2nd time since the remodel and still bad. They ask if that’s it every time you order anything. They are not patient and customer isn’t always right with them. The black lady that takes orders and your money shouldn’t be working for anyone with her attitude. I will not be back until she is gone. Good luck getting your order right. Wish I could give zero stars. ♂️
