If you are looking for a clean friendly place to get a bite to eat while traveling just keep going. This is the absolute dirtiest burger king I have ever been to. Our first clue should have been the empty parking lot. Second clue should have been the fact that the person at the counter seemed annoyed we even stopped in. Couldn’t use the bathroom, there was urine all over the toilet and the floor of the ladies room. We let the cashier know and again were met with a so what who cares attitude. I thought maybe they are just having a bad day and finally have a lull after a huge rush to decompress for a minute, but after getting our food and sitting down to eat we start to notice EVERYTHING is sticky and dirty. Not dirty like a lot of people came and made a mess recently, dirty in a way that had to accumulate over a long time. Old food stuck to the floor, black residue on all of the chairs and legs of the table, all of the table tops were dirty, and a lot more. I don’t like to leave negative reviews of places, but this needed to be said. I know not to expect perfection at fast food places, but there’s a point where it’s just too much to ignore.

Almost 11pm on a Saturday. Driving thru S.Springs and just wanted a snack. BK was open. Ordered just a value onion ring and small burger. And I was surprised. Fresh, hot, tasty food ! I honestly thought I would get what’s been sitting around in warmer. Awesome tasting food. Not 5 stars cause bit of wait with car in front. But hey, I will be back. Great job!

The most ghetto environment I have ever witnessed. First they request you to pull around the restaurants front door to meet window times, then you have an employee by the name of Susan screaming and cursing at a Customer. Her Manager, Crystal, comes out pulling Susan to come back inside. All while waiting for my food. It was so sad to witnessed. Poor customer. Very rude & inappropriate behavior.
