This had to be the worst experience I have ever had and I’m 60 years old. Burger King was one of my favorite places to eat but this gives example to what’s wrong and what’s not right in the world. A person stands behind a microphone receiving an order but not even listening and that same person waits to take the money and has not a clue of what just happened or even cares what you think and that I was wrong by ordering. I had to order the same 2 meals three different times then had to pay 2 different times. I figured after all that I would just take it home and try and forget what just happened but only to find that what was in those bags only leaves me to say this

I normally don’t do this but they seriously did an awesome job today Friday, July 28th, 2023 701 W Marshall Ave, Longview, TX 75601 location, between 5:35-6pm. I asked for a double whopper with cheese and ketchup on it only, large fries and large Dr pepper. There was the perfect amount of ketchup on top, cheese in-between the two Patty’s, not over cooked but cooked absolutely perfectly, my Dr pepper was light ice which I love, and they gave me ketchup with my fries without me having to ask. By far this was the best experience I have had with a burger king drive thru. Thank You, and your staff that day, y’all really made my day ☺️ If it were me I’d give all that shifts staff a $2 raise cause that’s the best experience I’ve had at this location in 33 years.

They only get 3 stars because the food is really good. Everything else was crap, out of stock on ketchup, ketchup cups, ketchup packets, drinking straws, beverages lids. The guy started to clean and restock the beverage station at 1:40pm during lunch rush because too many people asking for stuff at the counter. You have to clean your own tables here too so pick the ones least sticky/ greasy. The food is done right but someone needs to hold these employees accountable for cleanliness and stocking.

it is unacceptable to employ workers who call people “wetbacks”, never recommend going to this place! Very disappointed on Burger King for allowing this women to continue serving people at this location, where she has failed to provide for the customer and discriminate against others. I would give it no stars but you can’t. I had a large online order and I got in the drive through told them my name and the guy took forever to find it, then he said the Gd word and ask me if I was the lady who ordered the whole store… Really I paid 50 dollars to be treated poorly. Also he told me I had to come in because it was to big an order ended up only two bags. People inside looked miserable and not interested in there jobs.The guy at the drive through once again came over said my name and said all the rest of her s**t is back there. Would not recommend this place if your looking for customer service. I will not go here again.
