Food is great when you have the time to wait all day for them to complete the order. Then, you’ll wait some more when they feel like bringing it out to you. They always pull you up to the parking spots even when I order a single meal! Then, after watching everyone else receive their orders, I was finally told that the cook burned my original sandwich! The service has got to improve here! They should be able to turn out such a small order without pulling the customer out of the drive-through!

Its not the person waiting fault. That’s called poor management. I don’t like Burger King, never have. We go there for his fix , his Diet Coke snd I get the kids milk for my drinks if we’re going to a bar. I won’t be giving them one penny more. The appropriate response is I’m terribly sorry for the delay.’ . It seems no one in the food industry apologizes when they screw up. I worked my way up through college working fast good (and other jobs) usually a customer really only wants some consideration.

Very clean, I ate on the run but went inside to use the restroom. I am in a wheelchair and everything was handicap accessible. The staff was very friendly as I needed help getting out of a door because I do not use an electric chair. When I have time, I’d definitely come back to this particular Burger King. Food was good and fresh, customer service was wonderful, they were great when I brought my 9 and 10 to order their own meals using their own money they treated like adults and helped them out.

Just ordered a 3 piece french toast sticks, they just gave it to me on a tray half of it out the lil holder, no napkins, just straight up unsanitary. I handed it back and said I’m not eating this feeling grossed out.
