This is one of the worst Burger King locations I’ve tried in a long time. The cashier needs to learn to listen as she completely messed up the order. Then she failed to do a simple thing like give us our drink cups. Oh, the drink cups…they are to be filled with ice cold goodness on a 106° day but the carbonation was set so high the contents tasted more like colored Alka Seltzer. Completely undrinkable. They don’t have the ice tea out for self serve so I asked the manager for tea. He acted like I was a bother for being there. The tea was terrible. Then comes the food. The buns were dry and semi-hard. The meat was overcooked and tasteless and the condiments were old and flavorless as well. The fries were warm at least. The only flavor was after I added ketchup to my burger. The restaurant was clean but they really acted like they didn’t need or want us there. Fine. We will not be bad.

FRIENDLY Service, GREAT Food, FUN Time! My kids have been asking me to go play at Burger King, so we tried this one out. They did a great job! I felt that they welcomed us. They brought our food to the table, which was delicious, and they periodically cleaned the lobby. The play area was great for my 2 year old and my bigger kids, with a ramp to climb up, a tunnel, and a slide. They went ’round and ’round having a blast. All good here! We’ll be visiting again.

Waited 45 mins for them to tell me to check my order and it was all wrong, but say it wasn’t their fault it’s another’s fault, ask for a refund for rudeness, 2 new people apparently and a boss. But the boss was sitting in a back office while her shift was running around not knowing what to do or even check their own orders. Shameful if I could leave a 0 I would

I have been coming to this burger king for a really long time. I believe On Thursday the 27th, I went through the drive-thru around 1-2ish pm, and i guess the GM took my order. She had a really bad attitude. While I was ordering my food I heard her talking on the phone while not taking such good care of me. MAN OH MAN it took her 3 minutes to get my order correct. I ordered a whopper c/b combo meal with large Dr Pepper I was told to pull up to the second window finding her holding the phone and talking on the phone instead of taking care of her customers. She (GM) than told me to pull forward when there was no one behind me. I pulled forward and parked I waited there for about 10 minutes and went down wondering why it took 10 minutes for them to get my whopper out . I came up to her , and she told me it’ll be out soon. It took another 3 minutes when clearly it wasn’t busy. I’m not sure if BK Requires everyone to get food handler certification (especially dealing with food) because she had really long nails on without any gloves while she’s touching my fries, and she not in complete uniform wearing flip flops to work . that’s disgustingggg! YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME BACK HERE!! VERY unprofessional coming from the store manager. Oh almost forgot they are always out of things alwaysss. As customers it’s not our problem, if you don’t have it take it off the menu.

The restaurant was empty, no one in the drive-thru line but me and it took 15 mins to get my order, plus I didn’t receive my whole order so I had to go inside to get the rest. Very rude service. The manager was very rude. Never going back. Don’t waste your money at this dump.

Understaffed, but friendly. Our food was cold by the time we got most it. The rest came later and it was partly warm but had not been cooked long enough so the centers were still quite cold. $27 of disappointment. We were traveling through but we won’t stop again. The young lady up front, Leah (?), was so apologetic so I’m giving two stars instead of the one I wanted to originally.

I had a really bad experience here. The person taking my order was very rude I’m not sure if it was the manger but she had really long nails and was wearing flip flops with socks. I also saw the the guy making my food does not wear gloves and grabs the food with no gloves or thongs. Very disgusting I will never come back here worst experience ever.

This is a good place to eat. They have a play place for kids. Good food. Fresh food. And Clean resturant. I would of gave them 5 stars but the person on counter at the time i went , she didnt have a sense of urgency nor acknowledged that we were there, at least say Welcome i will be with you in a min. We waited a while over 5 mins to be helped. Finally when we ordered there was no Smile. Its ok somtimes. People have bad days too. But at least fake it. The Gm was very nice and helped me and made the ordering better. Most places put their most freindliest persons to deal with customers up front or in drive thrus. and the ones that are less to the back.
