On a road trip, we stopped in because we saw the jungle gym, and we have a rambunctious 1.5 year old. The playground was closed. The sign said it was going to get repaired, but the workers said the signs had been up for a while, and no one from the corporate office has come down to inspect it. The location was a little slow, and we they graciously let us have our son run around until his energy depleted. Because we didn’t want to seem extra rude, we bought a couple things. I used the app because I always use the app, and I like to track payments and points. Well, the worker on lunch kept having to get up and help people; while the other worker who seemed to be on the clock, had her family/friend come to the counter, order, and get their order before mine. I saw the receipt numbers as i waited, and my receipt was before the family members. They were out of 2/3 things I ordered, which was a bummer. I like the small town vibes but I can’t get over the worker who basically ignored me and had the other worker, whom was eating and on lunch, help me. *eye roll*. I’ve worked in upper management for fast food companies, and I can’t even imagine being so careless to my customers. Also, BK corporate needs to have more respect for their stores and keep it up to date. Offering a playground and not having it available is not truthful; especially with no reopen date for people who live in the area know when they can return with their small kids

Miss Dana that works at Burger King in glen rose was such a delight. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This was our first road trip with our 10 month old and we needed a little rest stop and found this Burger King. Thanks to Dana, we had a great rest and little lunch break. I wish I could do more for her, but hopefully someone from corporate reads this.

Just passing through from Dallas where staffing has major issues. The ladies working at this BK are so sweet despite being understaffed. I was acknowledged quickly while they communicated w one another and completed other orders. My food came out quickly and tasted good. Once it slowed down I heard one of the ladies say she needed to sit down for a second and I felt bad when that only lasted like 30 seconds. They were so warm and polite to me. I felt like it was my grandma making sure everything was fine with me. I hope they are paid well

this burger king was missing every aspect of a good restaurant. i wouldn’t even classify it as a decent one. i ordered the veggie whopper and it was completely inedible. it was charred and was basically like eating charcoal. would not recommend this burger king to anyone i know, not even my worst enemies. on top of that, the service was also horrendous. drive thru was incredibly slow, i could’ve driven to oklahoma by the time it came out. ended up throwing bits of the burger out the window to the birds, wouldn’t be suprised if they didn’t eat it either.

Horrible! 40 minutes for three combo meals. Manager was critical of the one person trying to put the orders together and wouldn’t go help. One employee kept walking in and out and wouldn’t help. Order was wrong when it finally did come out. Two off clock employees were going back and forth to the kitchen and cooking their own food while wearing pajamas and the manager said nothing. Guy who took the order was struggling. This was a very obvious case of poor management.

Seriously needs a new batch of management at this location. The soda machines were both flat, there was no ice in the front ice maker. The female bathroom did not toilet paper on the roll. Staff was very friendly but needs more training to overcome obstacles that they are presented with.

Ordered 2 impossible burgers at the drive threw. We then had to wait ten minutes for 2 under cooked impossible burgers to arrive that cost 16 bucks.

The food is so bad every time we go. My boyfriend got food poisoning when he went, the food is always crunchy with little meat. The drinks are always watered down, one time the chicken fries were so hard I could bang them on the table and it sounded like a knock at your front door. The burgers are really dry and taste like your kid experimenting in the kitchen. The workers do not wear hairnets. The staff is either really nice or completely disrespectful. When you enter, it’s either going to go one way or other. You’ll get rude people who give out food from the morning or you’ll get lucky with decent people and food you can just barely eat. Rosalee is a worker there and she is very good with her customers and shows good etiquette, pray for rosalee when you get there. I highly don’t recommend this burger King, but if you’re hungry enough you can find the food edible at least.
