Showed up here today from my lunch after coming into the area for business. Even though I placed my order and went over it twice with the person who took my order, it was still made incorrectly. No problem. I asked for it to be remade, which they promptly did. However, it came with a lecture about how what I ordered was not reflected on the receipt and could not be communicated to the kitchen implying that it’s my fault, my order was made incorrectly. When I stated, that I had ordered it and the person who took my order failed to do it correctly. The worker reiterated, if it’s not on the receipt, it’s not communicated to the kitchen. Uh, hello, I heard you the first time! So I spoke directly to the mgr Amber letting her know that I’m not a Burger King employee, just a customer coming in to spend my money. I don’t need to be lectured on Burger King’s internal operations nor am I interested in that. She promptly and loudly, told the young lady who lectured me that she didn’t think she did anything wrong… After all of this, do you think my burger was made correctly? NO, IT WAS NOT! These young ladies need to be retrained on how to properly interact with a customer, how to do the basics of their job properly, and how to deliver a stellar customer service. The one who lectured me on internal operations also needs to learn how to count money, as she couldn’t even give change from a $20 without going to the back to get her cell phone to calculate it. Even after doing that she still had to request help!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Were I the owner of this business; I would definitely want a more competent crew operating it on a day-to-day basis. Halfway through my burger… Here came my remade onion rings… why bother at this point? Since I vote with my dollars and reviews… I WON’T BE PATRONIZING THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK

Food was good. But the baby crying in the kitchen is not ok. The guy that walked from gas station to the kitchen to make food without washing his hands is not ok either. This is also not a place to be playing cards like a few people where doing. Heath department needs to make a visit here very soon.

One star because I had to. Service was absolutely trash. Lady taking our order didn’t even know the menu, my girlfriend asked for a seedless bun, because she has diverticulitis. The lady at the drive thru, Lilly I believe after I called later on and got her name, didn’t know the menu at all whatsoever ever. And was so rude we literally pulled around to mcdonalds to wait in line. Why? Because the service is worth the wait. Sorry Sierra, the manager I spoke to, your employees suck.

I ordered through uber, this is my second time ordering, the first time was good. But today none of the sauces were provided, no disposable spoons, and the chocolate pie was only one when it was supposed to be two; I have two kids who were looking forward to this pie; very disappointed today. Other than that your food tastes good! Because I ate Burger King ten years ago, I hope you can always exist!

So my biggest issue with this particular Burger King is that I was the only one in line and had to wait 15 minutes for cold food. This is the second time I’ve eaten here and this is the second time the service has been the exact same way. I will not be returning for a third time. Fool me once….

Not a soul here and they make me park stating they were making fresh fries ha ha ten minutes later after getting 2 cheeseburger and fries my fries were not fresh. The attitude and slowness is beyond ridiculous. If you don’t like your job find another one that fits your attitude and slowness.
