Got two burgers both the exact opposite of what I ordered. Was super nice and asked to fix it but as I waited 10 Mins after they asked me to pull up my husband went to ask if it was done and the bag was just sitting on the counter already done. I really want to like this place… I usually love Burger King and its so close to my house, but the food always tastes a little… off. Usually burnt, dry or just plain weird tasting. There’s usually a wait in the drive-thru; I don’t mind waiting as long as my food is good… but my food isn’t usually that great and the workers seem to be inconvenienced by customers at least half of the time.

We went inside since our order was a little complicated (two plain whoppers with cheese and one with no ketchup, no tomatoes) instead received two with everything but onions and one correct burger. I went through the druve thru, had a wait finally got my food. Got all the way home no burgers in the kids meal. My fault didn’t check. Went back waited again. Asked for burgers, got them and pulled away, checked bag no fries in one. Back to BK, I went in and pulled a “Karen” Dis getcmy food and my money back. Will never eat there again.
