Used to visit this location every once in a while (I don’t eat out a lot) until my credit card information was magically compromised and charged food delivery in Arlington the day after I visited. Will never go back, and tell every single person I know to never go there. The card was only a couple of weeks old, and had not been used anywhere that it could have had the information stolen outside of this place (the only other place is at my place of business, and there are no other people in the store when I’m there (I work overnights), as well as every point of sale being checked for tampering. This was literally the only place it could have happened, as any other time my card is in my wallet and I have not been to Arlington in over a year. Police report was filed and I got my money back for the fraudulent charges, thankfully, but avoid this place like the plague. I thought it was a little sus because the employee walked away from the window for a couple of minutes, and then came back. I’d give it no stars if I could.

Arriving to this place there were no cars out front like there were at other eating establishments around them. Go to the men’s room to wash my hands and find that the urinal does not work and there are no paper towels. Food service was fine, but the drink machine only gave warm liquids, which I do not use ice. I sat at a booth next to the window and noticed windows and window ledges were dirty. Went to another table and noticed that the floors and the booths around were not very clean. Now I know why there’s nobody here. This is at 12 noon on a Sunday.

Walked in to this establishment to order lunch at 12:30 today, I went to the restroom while my friend waited to order. 3 people came to the counter, not one ever looked his way to acknowledge him to say someone would be with him in a minute, nothing! We had waited along with another person in front of us for at least 5 minutes. Poor customer service, needless to say we drove down a little ways to gove Five Guys a try, got greated right away!

Goddess Glory
Despicable. Food wasn’t fresh and both the burger and chicken sandwiches were the size of Barbie play food. The onion rings resembled balled up tater tots and was oily enough to sun tan. Two stars were given for the Fanta drink, but other than that, money would have been better spent by staying on my card. Not good at all!
