It is filthy everything I go in I refuse to go back. I have given them multiple chances. They get everyone’s orders wrong and today was the last straw. Everyone there was annoyed because they messed their orders up and they continuously do this everything I come in. The manager on today kept trying to talk me into to reordering there cuz the guy at the register is new…he is not he was there 2 times prior to going there…. we waited in line for a long time as well. Anyways, the food is always cold as ice as well. Then I told him I was going to a different burger King and he got an attitude with me. I was trying to be very kind. Usually an okay visit but today was off. Ordering took longer than usual the car in front of me sat waiting someone to even answer the intercom. I order, which I felt rushed, my food get back to eat and find a hair fried to one of my onion rings…..super disgusted and frustrated. The picture is exactly how I pulled it out of the carton.

Upon arrival craving a milk shake, we pulled into a almost empty parking lot. Walked in to the cashier sitting at a table playing on his phone. He saw us and went to the register. Ordered a Famous whopper meal for my Son. Then i ordered the $5 dollar special that is advertised on the big screen. Cashier without name tag on said they don’t offered that anymore. I asked for the manager, she also didn’t have a name tag on she said that they don’t offer anymore, and rudely said that we will not honor it and we will not give it to you. She was very strict and rude. I advise anyone not to come to this location other locations like around Burleson are amazing. We asked for the money back for my son’s meal and took a picture of what we are talking about to share with you the public. This place is a nightmare I’ve been here a couple times and have always had a bad experience I was going to try one more time because they’re down the street from my house. We got our money refunded we are going to another Burger King on the other side of town for our milkshake cravings. They don’t even deserve one star

Some rude lady having a horrible day started yelling and screaming and honking her horn because Paulo was training a new employee (Brandon) by himself. (He does awesome all the time by the way! And Brandon killed it making our food!!!)She drove around and even acted a fool cussing them out. I feel so bad they had to go through this. My 3 burgers, fries and nuggets were awesome. This place is trash. We’ll never visit this location again. The order taker was very rude. Said we were using a coupon. They asked what it was for, made me find the number, said go to the window, and they’d need the coupon. Didn’t let me order at all. I asked if I could order? Was told they had already put the order in with an irritated tone. When I said I needed to order and that 3 of the burgers were plain, she became angry with me for “changing the order”. I got to the window to pay and she snatched my card from my hand and pretty much threw it back at me. Made me park and wait for 3 plain cheese burgers (we were the only car there!). By the time we got our food, everything was ice cold except the cheese burgers. They were barely warm.

My experiences at this location have varied over the years, but today (on Christmas Eve no less) I was blown away by the excellent service I received in the drive thru. The attendant, who had short gray hair and glasses (I did not catch her name), was super communicative the entire interaction, letting me know that it may take longer than usual due to short staff. She thanked me earnestly for waiting a few extra minutes and remembered details about my special order. She was extremely positive and kind, demonstrating that she really cares about each customer. Just wanted to show appreciation for this great employee!

This Burger King has been a disappointment since the day it opened. It got better for a while but the last two times I have gone I have waited forever at the speaker then at the window. On top of all this they did not offer me any sauces he just threw my bag of food at me and closed the window.
