they really did a great job updating this location. Its clean and vibrant. However, the menu board has some interesting prices. We went to get a brownie shake, but after seeing the price, we settled on a traditional ice cream cone.

After ordering on the app, they didn’t have our sandwiches. They offered to substitute, which we were okay with, then we were shorted a sandwich. After bringing it to their attention, they said they wouldn’t give us our other sandwich because the cost wasn’t the same. The cost for 4 sandwiches ordering on the app was $12. For a couple dollars difference they could have adjusted for the inconvenience and made us happy.

The girl working the drive through on 11/26/22 at approximately 7:15pm took our credit card at the first window then left with it and did not come back to the window. We waited for about 10 mins then drove to the second window. She had our card in her possession for at least 15-20 mins. When questioned, she said they were short staffed but did not explain why she kept our card for so long. She offered no apology and now we will have to go through the process of getting another card. She was rude, unprofessional and her behavior was suspicious. Would not recommend going there. The encounter was very bizarre.

90% of these bad reviews are not faithful to the short staff or its locations. Great service, friendly staff, ontop of that do their hardest and are completely understanding if a mistake was made. Always going back for my Whopper coupon or no coupon

Ridiculous customer service. Cashier took my card, and said he would be back, closed the door. Walked away with my card stuck in his cash register. I waited for a few minutes then honked, he came back and was dazed and confused. I asked for my card back explained you don’t do that, poor customer service. I canceled my order and the manager that barely spoke English refunded my account without even an apology. If you’re going to work in customer service industry you should probably know how to communicate to your customers. I will NEVER return.
