On the 20th, I placed an order online through the app. I was excited to try out the new chicken wraps. The app asked if I wanted to pick up thru the drive thru in store or delivery. Since I was heading to work I chose to use the drive thru option. I pull up to the speaker box and waited for well over 8 minutes and there was even cars behind me and I got no getting or a hold on, nothing… I pull up to the window and was asked what I wanted and I told the girl I was there to pick up my online order. I was told that I had to come inside to pick up my order. Why in the heck is it even a option on the app if it’s not really an option. I go inside and give my name and then I am told that they don’t have my order… I pulled up my electric receipt it showed the gainsville location the order number and everything. I even pulled up my bank account and showed that the money has been charged to my account. I was still refused my food…. that’s so messed up to have paid for food and not receiving it. Worst Burger King I have ever been to!

I have stopped at this location many times on my trips through Gainesville and the young blonde lady that was always on duty during breakfast hours really made improvements over the last couple years! She was efficient and friendly and made the drive-thru experience a pleasure. But I stopped here for breakfast one day last week and it was a complete disaster! They had approx. six employees that were all completely clueless! The order-taker wasn’t listening to anything I asked for and couldn’t figure out how to take my very simple order in the drive-thru. When I asked for a small cup of ice water with my breakfast and coffee, she tried to charge me for a milk, and the other employee spilled my coffee and then handed me a cup of lemonade that was leaking through the bottom. I didn’t even order a milk or a lemonade. It appeared as though they had all just started on the job and it was obvious that none of them had received any training whatsoever. I asked about the blonde lady that usually took my order, and they said she was no longer working there. After waiting for them to try to figure out how to correct my order, I got upset and they had the audacity to tell me I was giving them attitude! I was about to lose it, so I just asked for my money back so I could go elsewhere and finally get some breakfast. They couldn’t even figure out how to refund my money in the register, so they just handed me cash even though I paid with a credit card. Absolutely horrible service! This location has not only lost me as a customer, but they are definitely going to lose a lot of other regular customers!

Showed up at 7:40. Hours posted online and on the drive thru window says open at 7. Waited a good 10 minutes with no answer. Pulled up to the second window and honked my horn, the employee looked at me and walked away. I just wanted an iced coffee.

Literally two nights in a row that the “close” two hours early. I say close in quotation marks because the light are on and so is the open sign. If this place is actually shut down early then change your hours or shut down the place. It looks like employees are just draining the clock. Please update your hours or get more competent employees.

I just got breakfast. This picture is the 3 piece French toast sticks. This isn’t the first time i was very unhappy with my order. Last week they messed up the order. Then 2 young girls both visits were very unfriendly and very unprofessional. Someone needs to fix these issues.

Slow, unorganized, and unable to count money…..16.21 total, gave 20.25 = 4.04 change….I got 3.xx didn’t count it as I was shocked this lady couldn’t count simple change nor read the damn monitor…….. Now I’ve been waiting 20 min for 3 kids meals…….. Ended up having to go in and cancel my order trying to get a refund but the manager didn’t know how to

We went around 10 when it shows online that the place closes at 11:30 and they were already closed but the lights were on? Idk what’s going on here but if you’re gonna have your hours listed online make sure that the workers are actually working the hours you list
