Very clean and very well maintained! Customer service at its best! Food was rapidly prepared and super delicious too! Tables were clean and enough for the family. Parking area spacious and neat. Kuddos for all staff!

I just want to start by saying that I hate leaving bad reviews because I understand what it’s like running a restaurant…. but I asked for sweet tea, and received unsweet. I had to drive all the way back to get my drink replaced. I then got home to find out that I was given cold nuggets and frozen fries. on top of that when the young white boy gave me my food he was mean mugging me and walked super slow to my car. Very rude and disrespectful. The burgers were cold too! I spent 20$! The manager Quinn did tell me that she would fix the issue and I am very grateful for that. I hope that she finds a crew that cares about her quality of food and customers like she does. This is not good for business!!! 1/10

The guy taking drive-through orders kept telling us to hold on. I even heard him telling the people in front of us the same thing. We waited for over 15 minutes at the order speaker before we finally pulled forward, backed out, and moved the stuff blocking the other order lane to get out of that horrid experience. (We put it back) But we aren’t the only ones who backed out. Two other vehicles followed us out because of how awful the wait was. Hopefully, that guy gets fired soon. He is a business risk for this Burger King.

Has been awhile since I’ve enjoyed a great whopper. . So the best place for me to go was the newest in the Temple area. On I-35 and the loop. Was not disappointed, excellent service and smiles. Plus of course, the sandwiches were fantastic. They have some great deals going on right now, so I suggest you try them out. Sadly, the dine in is still closed for business but you can call in your orders or go through the drive thru. Thank you Burger King for giving me fresh sandwiches and a warm welcome. 5 ⭐’s and 2 ‘s up ✅

This place was horrible!! Placed my order then went to get my drink….the soda machine was broke. Only choices where Powerade or Hi-c. Air conditioner seemed to be broken as it was way too hot inside. Employees were horse playing way too much. Received my order and it looked like they where throwing it from 10 feet away to try and put the burger together and tasted like it had Big Mac sauce from McDonald’s on it. Fries were great.

Drove through and got the wrong order, had to drive back through the drive through to get it fixed because they close thier lobby. The location is a perfect example of why Burger Kings are failing nationwide. If you’re coming off I-35, go somewhere else, there are many other options.
